[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Prepaid Service — Reliance Caller Tune facility without my consent activating directly

Dear Sir,
Once again it has been notice that Reliance Caller Tune facility without my consent it has been activated directly from your Reliance Service, request you to kindly deactivate the Relaince caller tune and I have observed that at every month it is continuously repeating and so on.

This regards to the Reliance prepaid service provider would like to make an compliant for unnecessary, automatically activating caller tune in my mobile No. [protected] for last two months (i.e. Dec' 09 & January' 10) even though i have not activated for the caller tune and then after I had an talk with one of your Customer care executive for the reason why it was deducted from my account i.e. on 18/12/2009 , 7.50pm (52811) [protected] and 0n 17/12/09 it was received sms message from Reliance for unsubscribed of caller tune 17/12/09, 11;28pm (52345) and also request him that in future I don't want any such caller tune to be activated from your side and also I will never activate caller tune from my mobile but once again in the month of January 23 ,2010 it was deducted from my mobile saying that I had activated the caller tune which I had not activated from my side.

So I request you to kindly reimbursed the amount of Rs 60 for last Two months against caller tune which was deducted from my mobile .
