Reliance GSM Prepaid Service — Deduction of Balance without permission of customer.

I am using Reliance GSM Prepaid # [protected]. I have registered for Do Not Disturb service Req #([protected]) from March 2nd & it is in active till date. I have never subsribed to any other service as it is chargable. But some service has been activated by Customer care itself on their own choice which I called & cancelled 3 times the last req#[protected] Once again I have received one message from 54646 that my free trial offer for bolly wood Box office quotes has been finished & I will be charged RS7 for this weekly. Every day I am caling customer care for this to deactivate one service which is getting activated on their own. When I have subscribed to DND how come you people are activating these kind of services on your own & deducting money from my balance?
