Reliance GSM Prepaid Service — Forcefully Cricket Pack Activated | |||
Dear sir, I am using Reliance Prepaid GSM Service[protected] from an year. Recently on 4th March 2011, in morning the company forcefully activated Caller Tunes Pack on this number with some weird hindi song resulted the deduction of Rs. 15 from my balance On the next day i.e. on 5th March 2011 the company has forcefully activated the Cricket Pack (Rs. 5 Charges per day) on this number with 'Ball by Ball Cricket Updates' without my permission & the balance is being deducted with above charges per day. Unfortunately one of my Relatives is in 'Hospital' so I need to be present there on regular basis. Yesterday My balance became below Rs. O & was not able to call anybody for 'Emergency Purpose' from Hospital due to the unnecessarily deduction of Balance & need to beg for others for making a single call. Please do the needful at earliest. Note - Now also I just received Pak Vs NZ Cricket Updates without my permission & again the balance has deducted by Rs. 5 From the last week all the customer care numbers (*333, *222) are 'BUSY' 24x7 Thanks & Regards. But the twist is I am activated with DND service.
even i had received the tele call... on 5th.
I complained service executive.
he told me your pack has been deactivated.
But its not. continuing.
I am very iritated now.
