[Resolved]  Reliance Gsm Service — Connection barred without verification

my no. is [protected]. i have taken this sim on 28th nov 2008. on 3rd December 2008 my connection is barred. there is no incoming and outgoing calls available fron my no. this is totally done without verification. i have submitted all required documents. i want my connection back permanently immediately orelse i want the price of the sim back. this is the worst connection i have ever used.

I have taken a new connection at Angul Orissa, I had completed al the formalities regarding the duly filling of form correctly and the submission of all the documents as per your requirements. the sim was activated and the services to the sim only lasted for 2-3 days, when I contacted the concern dealer I was told that the sim has been deactivated in requirement of non mentioned of sim no. at the form, which was immediately submitted by me to the company through the dealer.
Since, Its been 10 days and the services to my sim has not been restored, as per the information passed on to me, I have resubmitted the required documents 4-5 times, but the services has not been restored, I have brought this matter in attention of your ASM Mr. Dev Kumar, but he also didn’t do anything, today when I contacted him from the restoration of services, then I was told by him that your form is incomplete and because of it only this was not being restored.
I want to bring to your notice that, if the problem was with my form, why wasn’t I told so earlier and why was I told to resubmit the documents, and he could have asked me to complete my form earlier, why the actual problem was never revealed to me earlier and it was told to me after 10 days of suspension of my sim services (my alternative no. is their on the connection form)and this was also done only when I rigorously started follow up on restoration of services.
I would also like to tell you that suspension of services to sim has made me suffer a lot mentally, physically, financially and socially.
I seek an apology by the concerned authority and along with restoration of services to my sim.

I have purchased Reliance GSM SIM one month back with number [protected], But my services are barred even thought after submitting all my documents and are verified & validated from there end and everything is ok with my documents according to their Database at the Reliance office in Vashi near Blue Diamond Hotel. But still services are not at active, but the executives in the Reliance office (Address Mentioned Above) are saying from last one week that my services will be activated within 12 hours whenever I approach them, but till now nothing happen, still the same problem exists...System at their end is showing that my services are active but still my services are not resumed and I am still hearing the same message as " To Resume the services, Please Contact Reliance Customer Care"...When I call customer care the fellows are useless, they can’t even speak English, Can’t read & can’t even understand the customer queries this is another big issue with them. I don’t understand how to overcome with this issue and more over I have recharged amount in it. All Technical staff in the Reliance Office is really useless, primarily they can’t even identify where the problem exists and Rectification is such from them that they can’t even think about it. So, I suggest & request all the other friends please, do not dare to avail Reliance Services in your lifes.

Reliance — dealer's misbehave

i have purchased reliance net connect data card from its showroom opp to KMV College.
i m not able to use it and despite of 15-20 calls dealer is not coming to help me using it..
