[Resolved] Reliance GSM Service provider — Wrong Deduction on Reliance GSM Prepaid card | |
Dear Sir, I am Basu Gupta, my mobile no is +91 [protected] and using this Reliance GSM service since last 3 months, Reliance communication unknowingly deducted Rs. 10 against Style charges and Rs. 31 against Caller tune charges which they have never informed us. Even after repetative telecon with Reliance Customer care helpdesk thay are adament in the statement that it is the customers fault and we shall not refund the amount deducted from your account.This is causing mental trauma and Hypertention to me. You are requested to take strict disciplinary action against this non cooperating service provider. Kindly send your response against the said complain. Reliance GSM Service provider — Doing Fraud with Public Money
Hi,This is Hemant Mishra. I am using the Reliance GSM Connection in Chandigarh.
Service Provider is cutting the balance from my main balance without any service regularly. It is totally unacceptable. I am complaning not from only my end but from the whole country from where they are getting billions of revenue due to froad. I am expecting the extra ordinary decision from the consumer forum to save the belief of the nationals in the system. I am expecting the fine of 30 crores due to this froad.

Reliance GSM Mobile Prepaid Card — Fraudulent deducted from balance
I have taken a pre-paid GSM mobile card from Reliance. My number is:"[protected]".I charged the mobile 02 days back. Yesterday I got a msg "YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED ATRS.2 FOR A PERIOD OF 2 DAUYS. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMS UNSUB 1003 TO 155223(TOLL FREE) "
I have never subscribed to this service, neither I have made any request.
When I trIed to send SMS to the above number to unsubscribe, there is always failure in the msg sending.
Again after some time I received a MSG "YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO JOKES HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS. 3 FOR 3 DAYS. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMS UNSUB 1056 TO 155223 (TOLL FREE) " :SENDER 51234.I have never subscribed to this service, neither I have made any request.

TtHE ABOVE INSTANCES SHOW THAT THERE ARE FRADULANT DEDUCTION OF CHARGES FROM THE ACCOUNT BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER, WHICH IS NOTHING BUT UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE AND LIABLE FOR PUNISHMENT.
