I purchased this sim on 3rd Dec 2009. On 26th Jan 2010 I recieved a sms that I have subscribed your Missed Call Alert Service and Rs 15/- got deducted from my main account Balance. But I hadn't subscribe it anyhow. Then I asked customer care at *333 they said to contact near Reliance Outlet. Then I registered my compalint at Reliance Webworld at Sanjay Palace on 28th Jan 2010. They said that my Rs 15/- will be credited by 48 hrs. But till 31st I hadn't recieved Rs 15/- in my account so, I again contacted Customer Care at *333 and they said me to wait for 24 hrs more. Even then I hadn't recieved that Rs. 15/-. Then I again Contacted Customer Care at *333 on 1st Feb 2010 fo the same But now they are saying that I shall not recieved Rs 15/- in my account and this service got activated by me via sms but I am still saying that I haven't send "any kind of sms" by this sim then how come I requested to activate this service. So, kindly oblige me by providing any evidence/log of that sms or by crediting my main account by Rs 15/- as soon as possbile. This is a problem i have also faced from reliance and my contact number is [protected]. I have sent a mail to that GSm customer care ID. But if this is the response then what is the use of wasting time. As Arsad mentioned this is a injustice showing towards the customer. Will it get viewed by others as i am a new user of this site?
Reliance GSM Service — Request for Refund
Dear Sir/ MadamMyself Smruti Rekha Sahoo, I am a Reliance GSM user (Orissa Circle), Mobile No. [protected]. From last 5-6 years I am using Reliance GSM. I prefer reliance because of its low call rates and for so many value added services within same networks. Service was also good, but from last few days its getting worse.
In the month of July and August some amount getting deducted from my account often without any reason(almost 5-6 times). Every time I used to call customer Care and get the amount back after giving so many explanations. But it was getting worse when last time on th September 2011 around 7.45 amount of Rs. 20 deducted from my account, and after that I am not able to call customer care also.Till date I am not able to call customer care from my Mobile, No. [protected].
This kind of service from Reliance is very pathetic, we are loosing trust on Reliane. If this kind of service continues I will be bound to switch from Reliance to any Other network. Please take this issue seriously and do the needful as the earliest.
