Reliance GSM Services — Prepaid account

I have Reliance GSM Mobile No.[protected]. It is a pre-paid account. It is been observed regularly that the account balance money gets wiped out without any phone calls. Recently I had recharged it twice Rs. 200/- and Rs. 100/- But within 4-5 days it was found that account was empty. Total amount got wiped out. This telephone is used by my mother & she is not regular user of the mobile.
So the question doesn't arise of any misuse. Kindly advice me what to do.
I had launched complaint with reliance customer care , but no response. Please help me to sort out my problem.
