[Resolved]  reliance GSM service/smart card — false deduction not reimbursed

i m having a mobile no.[protected] for which i recd an sms stating that my background music will b renewed within 24hrs for which i had never applied.i immediately called up customer care ie [protected] n asked for the deactivation making sure that no amt gets deducted from my balance but to avail as the amt was deducted next day.
i have never opted for such service so how cum they can say they r renewing that service?i had been calling those people time n again for the re-imbursment for that rs.20/- but they are telling that the complain is under process n will b resolved but how long?
moreover i got 3 sms from 56300 sying you r not subscribed for this JOB pack, GIRL pack n EXAM pack respectively.i again complaid n asked what those sms meant for the customer care exec was not able to tell anything except that these are ner services provided by reliance gsm service.when i asked how they can send such sms to me n what if they again deduct some amt against it they didn't have any answer but disconnected the line.
Sir i m really frustated by the monopoly of reliance n reques you to plz help me out.
