[Resolved]  Reliance GSM SIM — STD FREE [protected]

reliance, gsm sim card — not enjoying the promotional balance

Dear Sir/Mam,
i bring to you kind notice as i am possesing the reliance cell no.is [protected] (agra) up.i am not recieving d promotional balance of 5 rs n after 11 o clock till 7 in d moring it is not free from reliance 2 relaince network on local.
kindly do d needfull at your earliest

Ihave recharge Rs 496 reliance gsm promo reliance gsm to gsm std free, promo will be activated but icall std in uttarpradesh east company will decuted my balance, then i call reliance customer care, customer care told me std promo will not activate in uttarpradesh and other state like mumbai, delhi
only activate in few state bihar jharkand orrisa west bengal.
I see reliance web site ther were nothing to notice std promo will activate in this state. kindly see the matter

As I am also facing the same problem as I purchased new relaince no from gujrat and my fiance has taken STD free from Chhattisgardh but whn his calling bal was deducting from main bal, Kindly solve.

Actually reliance has two different type of gsm service. one which is old one called reliance smart gsm that exists in assam, bihar n jharkhnad, wb, orissa, mp n chhattisgarh. the new gsm service is reliance mobile srvice..newly launched in various states. so u cannot connect the new reliance gsm nos 4m th states havin old gsm ...i.e smart gsm...ur 496 plan is valid in those states only...ya but ppl havin new reliance gsm can recharge 650 n can get relaince to reliance free in night...dat is valid 4 all reliance nos

i m a regular customer of reliance smart GSM.i ve taken this for its FREE STD FACILITY.but in these days u ve cancelled this plan.then many customers like me are facing a lot of problems and most of them have left this service.please think about it.1 thing more that is there any special plan for making call to M.P.and chattishgarh from kolkata?kindly inform.

youe service center in bhopl is can not solve my gsm mobile problem.

My name is Vikas Pahuja. 15th November 2009 i have purchased a Reliance GSM sim Card number [protected] from Reliance outlet situated at sector 14 Huda Market Gurgoan Haryana. At the time of purchase i was told that Sim will be activate on 16 November 2009 but it starts working on 17 November 2009 and after that first i recharge it with Rs 20, than Rs 58 and than with Rs100 but on 18 November 2009 suddenly it stops working.When on 18 November 2009 i went to there outlet than customer care executive by the name (Mr Joginder) told me that there is some technical problem in your number and it will be rectified before evening but nothing happen than again i went in evening than there Team Leader by the name (Mr Promod) told me that give me one day other wise i will replace your SIM card. On next day 19 November 2009 again i went to there outlet than he replaced my GSM Sim but still that problem is there so next day 20 November 2009 again i went there than some other executive by the name(Mr Satya) told me that your ID proof has been rejected because photo was not clear on your Driving Licence than i ask him why your Team Leader has not told me before than his reply was that there are too many forms may be he forget.After that he took clear copy of my Driving Licence and the executive by the name (Mr Satya) confirm me that tomorrow 21 November 2009 your number will be activate but nothing happen. Now Because of this i am facing too much problem so please suggest me what i should do now.

Now, I em recharging it and my prepaid A/c balance is not getting creditted After the recharge ..

I askd customer care They Say ."wait ..we will check."..

please help me some way to get it creddited..
Actually I used 'rechargeitnow.com'

to online recharging of my SIm card
few times it was successful but for last two times After THE "SUCCESSful RECHARGE"..
the Amount is debited from my Bank A/c ..
but on my Cell I get a message
"SORRY your request coud not be processed "...
I em stucked .what to do ..
please help me ..

Recently i purchase reliance mobile connection 2days back from Amravati gallery it was working fine, next day i came to hyderabad, my connection automatically switch off i informed gallery, and tried to resolve thru manual setting, auto settting but it fail to search the net work, if this kind of service the company like relience provide then it is difficult to conntinue, there is no probem from handset side, my mobile no is [protected]. due to which i lost several bussiness call and i here by claim the reliance to pay my bussiness loss of around 50k, please help me out other wise i will be going to consumer court immediately

DEAR SIR, I am ur GSM customer my no. is [protected], i hv taken special plan of night calling free plan of Rs. 69/- in Jan.2011, 3 lakh seconds has expired within 1 month, hence i hv re recharged Rs. 69/- but I can't get benifit of it . after contacting ur customer care executive he said u have done recharge before previous plan's 1 month expiry . hence ur Rs. 69/- will laps & no use of it now. so its not fair . no any such intimation from u, or u should not accept such Amt.this is not good thing ! pl .do needfull for me .
