[Resolved]  Reliance GSM SIM Card — SIM CARD REJECTED

Sir,
I have taken 2 SIM card of Reliance GSM whose phone number [protected] &[protected] within a gap of one month.

My number [protected] SIM card was activated & within few days message was displayed SIM card rejected.I went to Reliance gallery & paid Rs 100 (no bill was issued) & new SIM card was issued to me.This SIM card ran for few days & again it become dead.I went to Reliance gallery & paid Rs 100 (no bill was issued) foractivation of my mobile. Now again this SIM card became dead within 5 days.Now my mobile is dead.WHy the Reliance is not producing good quality SIM card.

This story is repeated with my number [protected].SIM ran for hardly one week & again it conked off.

Now i am in no mood to go to Reliance outlet .

I BOUGHT TWO OF GSM SIM CARD. BUT AFTER A WEEK IT STOPPED WORKING AND GIVS THE MESSAGE SIM CARD REJECTED. I APPROACHED TO THE WEB WORLD AND FROM THERE THEY ARE SAYING THAT U CHANGE THE SIM CHARGING RS 110 FOR THAT PROCESS. THEY ARE NOT TELLING THE REASON WHY THIS SIM HAS BEEN REJECTED.I ASKED THEM BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY.MY RELIANCE NO'S ARE [protected], [protected]. IF THIS IS THE RESPONSE FROM UR OFFICE SIDE THEN THIS IS VERY SHAMEFUL AND FROM THE NEXT TIME ONWARD I'LL NOT ENTERTAIN UR CONNECTION.
I HOPE THAT U'LL TAKE THIS MATTER VERY SERIOUSLY AND TRY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.WAITING FOR UR RESPONSE.

I have purchased your new Reliance GSM SIM CARD bearing No.[protected] on 30th April, 2009 at Godavarikhani Town, Ramagundam Mandal, Karimnagar District. It was activated from your end and I used the same properly. All of sudden, the screen of my cell phone displayed " SIM CARD REJECTED " on 14th August, 2009 i.e. after a period of three and half month. I approached your local distributor with same problem wherin reply to purchase a new SIM, as such they are helpless and not at all responsible for SIM failure.

This is absurd, difficiency in providing the service to a customer and very much considerable under Consumer Protection Act.

I solicit, my SIM No.[protected] should be activated with immediate effect without charges, failing which I will be constrained to approach competent Consumer Forum against you on the charges best known to you which are explained above. Becasue, I am suffering for last one month at no fault of mine but due to your failure in providing appropriate service to the customer of your company.

my sim card rejected 3rd time when i was in roaming i have changed my sim card two times with changing sim cost 100/- per sim now my sim rejected 3rd time
please do proper action against them i wanted to start my sim.

Even I am facing the same problem with Reliance GSM.. This is my 2nd replacement in 2 days... the phone works for 2 hours in a day and is DEAD for 22 hours. Tremendous consistency by Reliance!!!

The Reliance World employees are least co-operative. Dealing with them and Reliance Communication overall is a sore experience.

I will change my Sim card with immediate effect. Lucky them that mobile portability was not implemented on time.
I have the same problem for past 1 week & I was thinking that i have done something wrong.
I am completely fed up with Reliance GSM . Why do they show the cheap looking call rates when they can't sustain.

Instead of giving front page advts about cheap call rates they must invest on improving their services. Each & every reliance customer care person I talked to was very fluent in saying "This is not our problem" on explaining my case.

I am going to put this on my blog & spread this message so that innocent people are not fooled by their honey traps.

I don't know if someone will read this or not, but I just want to ensure that its not just handful of employees who are making me say this.

Reliance customer care is the worst service I have experienced so far. There cannot be customer service agents more arrogant, more rude & more painful
than this.

I have interacted with many companies in past and just a honest feedback to you guys. You can't be in business if you keep ignoring & pestering your customers.
Don't assume that just because someone has bought your services & is now your slave you may ask then to do whatever you wish them to do.
I feel bad that why Indian companies haven't learned the basic rule of business "customer is King".

I have already seen a lot of complants similar to this i dont know if my point will make any difference by here goes my painful story. You may ignore as you have already been doing for many others. I have already made my mind to not interact with Reliance any more. One of the mistakes i made.


I own Reliance GSM no ( [protected]) for about 15-20 days and all of a sudden my services were barred in between one of my calls on 8 Jan 23:55. I called customer care, the guy on phone told that he cant do anything in this matter, & keep re iterating the same sentence for ling time. He said that i need to visit reliace web world because i didnt took the call when someone called me from Reliance.

How can i reach a customer care webworld in midnight.? Why was it not told to me in advance that i'll need to pick all unknown calls every time. ? Why was the service barred without any notice, I understand security is important concern but what do you get by blocking someone's service in midnight without any notice ?
And the funny part, you send a message that your services are barrd, couldn't you send that before you barr ?

Today i visited webworld and the guy there told that its blocked because my phone dealer has not submitted the documents. A totally new story . He told that it will take 3 days for activation after i resubmit my documents. He haggled & then told to talk to shop where i bought this card, who is in differenct part. I have been running between different guys . Thanks Reliance. A Big Thanks indeed.

Ah.. Which world are you living in ? Do you guys think you can ask cutomers to do anything just because they got trapped one time ?

Whats wrong guys..? I have never written this letter like this.
