[Resolved] Reliance GSM SIM Card — mobile No Terminated | |||
I purchased Reliance GSM Prepaid card in Jan 2010 Having mobile no [protected] Non Stop Life time pack and i was told it will work for life time As I was out of station for 4-5 months so it was not used but having the enough balance When I loaded a week ago it was working and after a day it was Blocked without informing me when I called Reliance call center i got a strange reply that I have not submitted the papers however the same were duly submitted at the time of buying the card And then I went to reliance web Tilak Nagar to submit the papers once again to activate it Again it was strange for me that i got a answer that this number can not be reactivated Then i wrote to reliance customer care and there was a call from representative that they have terminated the nuber and can not be reactivated but when i asked for explaination they have no answer and was told to buy new card I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and reactivate my said number at the earliest possible with an intimation to me Was this information helpful? | |||

my reliance sim no [protected] is not working proper way
this sim is plan for six month
it not complete the determined time
pls urgently is required to activate
but now i has paid by recharge 99 rupees & 50 rupees its will 21 days but is not anough given by plan by relience its will be possible is renualwal the time

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name Ram Krishna Rahul and my reliance GSM number is [protected]. I have been using this number for the last 3 years approximately without any issue but last night while I was just talking over the phone, suddenly IVR System call came, saying your service has been disabled temporarily. After that, there is no network signal on this SIM card. I simply do not known why this is happening. I just recharged 299 a few days ago. I want my number and my recharge back. Please do the needful.

I have perchance new GSM card by submitting documents at reliance web world VASNA but my CARD is stopped by saying that you have not submitted your documents. how can they issue card without submitting documents.
