reduce my balance without my knowledge sir/mam i my self jay, using bihar circle's reliance gsm mobile connection. on 25th Sep, 2010, i saw that, there was 30 rupee & 20 rupee sort in my balance. so, i call customer care to know detail about this. they said, now this time my system lac of problem that's why i can't be solve ur problem, u call me morning then i call u morning but not any response. next day i call again in night approx 9 O' clock but he said after 2 hours i said y r ur cut balance, but after two hours he can't be reply then i call again & said i[censored] can't be solve my problem then talk ur senior & senior raj kishor talk & can't be solve my problem. so i submit a complain to u help the net, i m not activate any pack but my mobile balance times cut, only i activated 19 rs. msg pack., but they didn't get any feedback on that complain.so i call regulalrly on 19th Sep, 20th Sep, 21st Sep, 22nd Sep. but anyone can give me right answer on this matter only they said u call me morning or after 2 hours, so i hopeless, so, my huble request to you that, please verify this matter, and help me to get me back my balance, because from customer care i can't get any time of help. they just harassed me from the 1st day of getting this problem Was this information helpful? | |||

My telephone no. is [protected] is registered on the name of Manoj Kumar. Sir my problem is that my balance is reduced Rs. 30 in one time & Rs. 10 in next time without any information. Sir I do not use any type of song facility or any other facility provide by you. I do calls but not such amount of call is not done by me. Plz verify who is misusing my mobile no.Sir I have also done complain. My complain no is 78343162 on dt. 20-10-08 and 78047447 dt.16-10-08. But there is no response. This type of mischief has been donewith me in past also.
Sir you are requested to plz provide me my call details and do needful.

sir,My name is Neeraj kumar.my complaint is...20 may 2009 subcribe JOBONPHONE service, but now I don't want of this service because after each 20 day even 10 or 14 day company cut my 20 rupee.I compailnt on *333 my compailnt no is 98286232 but not disactivate of this service.he say ur service r disactivate but after 20 day(nearly).he cut my 20 rupee.After complaint he cut my 40 rupee.which r illigale.so I want to u sir please take nessery action...my phone no is...[protected]...

. where my balance goes i could not understand . i call to customer care nearly 10 times they told that our system become failure to check your account. What i do in situation. Dear sir,Myself MANISH KUMAR my no.is [protected].I purchased this no. nearly 8th jan.2010.after this i did only one call & switched off the no..I switch on my no. on 6th feb.2010 then i found that my balance is Rs30 is reduced.i contact to costumer care executive Mr.INDERJEET & supervisor Mr ABHINET.They told that the service ASTRO is activated on 1st feb. 2010 but at that time my no. is switched off.I requested many times for refund my balance but there is no solution.this is the cheating with costumers. I am not agree with company`s these type of policies.This is not fair.

Reliance Mobile Phone — Non Termination of Rel Mobile No.
I would request all the consumers to beware of the dadagiri of reliance mobile. I wanted reliance to terminate he number due to network problem in my area in Malad West Mumbai. My termination request no. is 71175071 dated 30/06/2008. Reliance official phoned me last week and spoke that we shall not terminate your phone. It means that I continue to pay for the service I do not want. My dues are much lower than the deposit they are holding for the last 5years witout intersest. I do not know how to get my phone terminated when the official are refusing. I need help.
