Reliance GSM (Smart) — unable to avail rworld

Respected Sir,
I am using nokia 5130 c with Reliance GSM connection with MSIDN [protected] I have got my mobile internet setting and saved it as said by the customer care but I am not able to access internet .Inspite of complaing several times for more than 25 days they are not resolving my problem.
I will be highly obliged if you please look into my problem and get it done

Reliance GSM (Smart) — Incoming Calls Barred

I am a regular user of SMART GSM service and had been using my no:[protected] since last one year. To my astonishment i found that my no is not having incoming facility. How is this possible . I tried calling the customer service but all in vain. They even don't know the reason. Tell me where should i go with this complain. and the terrible service Reliance is providing in Patna
I am a new user of SMART having no. [protected]. I found that incoming and outgoing calls on my number is not there from last two day.I tried custmer care but no ome responding me.

Reliance GSM (Smart) — Radio service activation itself and balance debited

Sir,

I am a Reliance Gsm Customer for 4 years.My NO.is [protected]. On 11/02/2009, evening, I found my account was debited by Rs. 30 itself without any reason. I asked customer care, they said charge has been taken for Live Radio Service activation. I complained three times, as I have not subscfibed for the said service. They have activated service theirselves and say I have activated on 07/10/2009 at 07:59am.
Whereas, on that particular day, I have not received any call from customer care. My balnce was ok till morning on 11/02/2009. The complain No. are "88773511" on 11/02/2009, "88880612" on 12/02/2009, "89550909" on 19/02/2009. But they are not taking any attention to it.

Each time their executive say they will add-up my balance and will get me the feed back by 24 hrs.
Please help me to get my amount back.

Reliance Smart GSM — Balance Deducted every month without information.

My balance is deducted on April 12, 2009, and when I complained to the custmor care, they did not solve my problem. They said that you are subscribed for any facility, but when I serched for what facility is currently going on my mobile phone then I found nothing facility was generated on my mobile phone. and next month on May 12, 2009 again my balance deducted. It happened 2 times in 2 months and I have complained two times in the customor care, but they did not give me right answer. So sir please tell me what should I do to resolve this problem. Sir please give me appropriate suggestion to resolve my probelm. I will be really greatful to you sir if you solve my problem.

Reliance — debiting of balance

hello...

my balance was some around 11 rs yesterday, i.e. on 29/10/09 and today, on 30/10/09, i had just made a call for some 10 min and the amt supposed to be deducted was only 5 rs(0.50 rs/min) but 10 rs was deducted from my account. i have not activated any pack or anything but still they themselves have activated some stupid pack and i dont even understand what that pack is. they say that i have activated it but i myself dont know what it is, then how can i do so?.

this is happening not for the first time. 3 or 4 times it has happened with me.

please take necessary actions....
its unfair n i can complain in the consumer forum

Reliance Smart GSM — Wrong deduction of money

Hello sir this is deepak kumar from jharkhand ,jamshedpur.

I have a complain regarding wrong deduction of money from balance due to some irrevelent reasons.

Approx on 27th september i have recharged my number(mentioned below) with easy recharge of Rs150 and then approx 40-46 rupees has been deducted from the balance.

I don't understand y this has been done.I mean this is not the first time amount has been deducted wrong.I also have two more reliance number in my home and the same is happening in that also.

This is not we recharge the number for talking and u guys just deduct the balance for some foolish and reason. i have complaint many a times but nothing happens.
So please give me a proper reason and return my money to my balance.I am just totally fed up of these types of activity and i ma thinking of changing the network because i am only loosing using this network.

Hope to hear some good at least from your side because your customer executive also don't talk properly.

Reliance GSM Smart — balance deduction

I have complaint yesterday for mobile balance deduction.
in brief - My mobile balance is deduct 30-35 Rs. on 16th October. I call customer care to consult, he told me to deactivate the service of Mera Gana which is not activated by me, that is realized by Miss. Sunita who call me by [protected] on 19th october and say that your balance is given back to my mobile in 24 hours. today 20th octobe and the balance is not given back.

Pls do something.

Reliance GSM — REFUND OF MONEY FOR UNNECESSARY ACTIVATED SERVICE

Dear Sir,
I have reliance GSM No [protected] since three months.Service provider deducting balance every now and then unnecessary on the name of activation of service. Cust care simply stopped the activated service but they will not refund the balance. Only in this month from 10 Mar 11 to 14 Mar 11 five times service activated for which several times complained on toll free no as well as nearby cust care office vide complain no[protected].
Kindly look into the matter and make my balance refunded which is activated from 10 mar to 14 mar 11.

Reliance GSM (Smart) — deduction of balance in every month

I m a user of reliance mobile smart GSM.my cell no is [protected].
every month my balance is reducing Rs 30/- without my knowledge, and i have not applied for any services.
i have been contacting the people of customer care, but they are not taking any action against my complain and they refused to return my balance. Please take some step so that they refund my balance which they deduct in this month and stop these extra charges.

I am a reliance smart GSM user for around past 3 years.many a times unnessesory deduction has been made from my account and further customer care doesnot provide any solution for that neither they refund the amount.On 17th july again Rs.30/- has been deducted from my account without any intimation and message.my no is[protected].please resolve the matter as soon as possible and grant me the refund.

I'm Reliance GSM (smart) user , i want to say that why you activated Various Services in my NUMBER [protected]
when i'm NOT interested in activating these facility. in last 2 months u activated Some Services Even I'dont know what

Reliance GSM — Illogical deduction of my prepaid balance

I am having the problem of deduction of my prepaid balance without any reasons...
I am just frustrated from such kind of deductions...
There is no option for me to switch my number into another network...

MY SELF SK. RAFIKUL ISLAM USING RELIANCE GSM SRAMT PREPAID CONNECTION SINCE LAST FIVE YEARS. MY MOBILE NO IS - [protected]. ON 26 TH MARCH 2012 TO TILL DATE THEY REGULARY DEDUCT RS 5 EACH DAY( TOTAL FIVE DAYS RS -25/) WITH OUT MY CONCENT FROM MY MAIN BALANCE. ALTHOUGH I COMPLAINANT BUT TILL NOW THEY DID NOT GOT ANY STEP AND NOT RETURN MY BALANCE. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
