when i am calling ur custmercare in orissa, they deduce or cut my balance without pick up phone like always.first my plan was 50 paise per minute for local, std and roaming. now u increase Rs 1.00 for local, Rs1.50 for std and roaming for me, but other smart sim u cut 1.2 paise per 1 second for local and std, 1pase per 1second for roaming.But, i am ur older custmer, why u do like this, ican't understand.main problem is that when i am calling ur custmercare in orissa, they deduce or cut my balance without pick up phone like always.i[censored] take action or solve this problem, then i have obliged u.my no. is [protected].
