Reliance GSM/Smart — Starting of cricket alerts without my willingness

496 plan — service

Sir,
I am the customer of reliance(life time pre paid).Last month i recharged 496 STD plan, the expiry date was 18.10.08. Today morning i recharged again 496 plan, after recharging only myself and the retailer came to know the plan was cancelled last month itself. Then i called your customer care officer regarding this, they advised me to go retailer to revert back the money or chenge plan (490). Then i approched the retailer reg this, he called your customer care officer since morning to reverse back money and to change the plan, evening up to 7 pm cus care officer telling please call after one hour, they are repeating the same dialogue.After 24 hours i may loose my money.

reliance gsm/plan-496 — plan service not provided

my reliance gsm smart cell no-[protected] is subscribed to plan 496 but i am not able to make a call (unlimited free) to another smart number in Bhar circle since 21 jul 09. fade up from calling to customer care (Mr Yogesh, Sandeep, Asif, Mohammed, Sachin etc etc) they are even not ready to lodge complaint.what is this ?days are passing and there is no value to my Rs 496.please look in to this.thanks

under this plan i have recharged my Reliance smart (GSM) mobile no-[protected] by Rs 496 But unable to talk to any gsm smart mobile in BIHAR circle free rather its being charged in place o[censored]nlimited free talk times to any smart number.C/CARE not lodging complaint Hopeless organisation.Please look into
