Reliance India Mobile GSM — Opposite one way.Incoming calls barred Outgoing working | |
Generally I witness that my RIM GSM phone's incoming calls are barred or stopped and the IVR says that the number is Switched OFF when the number is ON as well as the tower signal is strong. Though I can make Outgoing calls at these times. Contacting the customer care is frustrating as these guys are real and give lame excuses like there is no tower or the phone is off etc. How can the phone be Off or signal be weak if I can make outgoing calls ? Service providers like Reliance should be banned as they harass the customers in every possible way. Kindly advice me as to where should I complain that at least some action is taken. Reliance India Mobile — one way calls
my moter in law has a prepaid reliance mabile tele number [protected] at Muzaffarnagar,UP. Consequent to recharge about 10 days ago for Rs2000/ the incoming calls have been blocked and only outgoing calls can be made. Efforts to get the problem resolved through the dealer and local reliance india office have proved futile.May I request your intervention to resolve the issue at the earliest so that the elderly lady does not face more problems.Thanking You,
