[Resolved]  Reliance India Mobile — Wrong Balance Deduction and GPRS Problem

hi sir...last two months i am facing problem balance deduction from my reliance cdma prepaid.always start any services and after that i made call to stop it and please refund my money, they replied it cant possible
tell me sir what i have to do.

CALL DROPS FROM LAST ONE YEAR
DEAR SIR,

I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING FROM LAST 12 MONTHS ABOUT CALL DROP OF RELIANCE CDMA PHONE REGULARLY TO CALL CENTRE, NODAL OFFICER OF RELIANCE CDMA, AND EVEN RELIANCE APPLETTE AUTHORITY.

BUT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO ACTION BY ANY ONE.

THEY SIMPLY WANT TO MINT MONEY BY MAKING THE CALL DROP AND FORCING CUSTOMER TO CALL AGAIN , TAKE MORE MONEY.
BELOW ARE MY COMPLAINT NUMBERS WHICH ARE UN ADDRESSED ::

ITS NOT ONLY TO MY NUMBER, ALL RELAIANCE NUMBERS IN KAMMANAHALLI 560084 AREA HAS THIS PROBLEM AND RELIANCE ACCEPTED THIS PROBLEM IN WRITING.

THEN WHY DO SELL THE CDMA CONNECTION AGAIN AND AGAIN TO CREATE MORE CONGESTION ????

Reliance India Mobile — Deduction of balance.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have reliance mobile pre paid connection having mobile number-[protected].On[protected] morning balance in my mob number was about Rs 26.740 but by evening it was reduced to Rs 6.740.I had a word with the complaint registration cell of Reliance and they are wrongly accusing me of downloading a wallpaper costing me twenty rupees.I dont have internet activated on my cell and they have refused to register my complaint.
Customer Executive assigned was Ms. Kasturi Datta nad she refused bluntly to register my complaint.It is not the first time they have deducted my balance though it was returned.Reliance India Mobile company is a habitual thief of robbing their customers off their mobile balances by falsely accusing them o[censored]sing value added services.

I sincerely hope some action will be taken against this thief company beacuse they have made it their habit and they also get away with it.
I hope you do look into this matter.

I'm a user of Relaince India Mobile GSM.my no [protected] I recharge mobile Rs-30/- dated[protected]. My balance Rs. 25/-. I'm am not activate any options of color tune but my Main balance is deducted Rs. 15/- for activate color tune. when I'm sure i don't activate any options. i complain the relaince customercare. he said to me ur use Rworld and activate color tune. when it is not faire it is false I'm don't use any color tune. I requested for deactivation for color tune. so they are unsubscribe color tune but my balance amt is not rufnded me by company. I rquested to u kindly help me and take necessary action of this scam and chitting.I hope u help me.
