[Resolved] Reliance India — SIM SERVICE PROBLEM | |||
From my number on some of the numbers no voice is reaching on destination. I have been calling reliance customer care since Saturday evening, but no help has been done. On Monday morning they provided me a complaint number, but still no action taken, and i am not getting the solution. I have added 799 Rs tariff on my number which i have been unable to use Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance India Postpaid Mobile — Unable to use some services, Customer care has no solution
I am not able to use call conferencing and call waiting on my reliance postpaid number.I have called customer care many times, each time they give me a complaint number and after two hours i get a messages that services are started, still i am getting the same problem.
In the reply message they just ask me to dial *311. by dialing this number i get "please check the number you have dialled"
When i went to web wrold, they said "Sir, please forget about it, we have no solution for it, we can only register a case for this and you will get same resolution each time, you need to go to nodal offier directly"
I dont trust relaince customer care anymore.
I dont know what will be the solution of my problem.
