Reliance Infocomm — Violation of Commitment
Dear Sir/MadamMy mobile no is [protected].
On last Saturday I had given a complain about the blocking of outgoing call in lifetime connection. I got a call from your office on Tuesday and she enquired about the compalin and told that as you have not recharged of Rs.200/- in last six months so the problem has happened. I told her that I have recharged with lifetime voucher amounting to Rs.795 on 25th November 2006 and that time this rule was not applicable but she denied that no this rule was there at that time and I tried to explain her the rules which I heard from your franchiese but she did not listen anything and disconnect the call intentionally.
My question is if the same rule was there at that time then why my outgoing faiclity was not blocked after six months of first recharge. I[censored] will take my recharge statement of every six months you will see I have never fulfill this rules.
I know that this rule is applicable in your new lifetime voucher amounting to Rs.199. But I am your existing customer this rule should not be applicable to the existing customer.
So I reuest you kinldy look into the same and reactivate my outgoing facility at the earliest.
Reliance Infocomm — lifetime voucher not working
i had activated life time 50ps/min on my reliance prepaid mobile more than two years ago. then i activated 1p/sec plan. now my tariff plan went back to 99ps/sec. when i contact the customer care, they said they dont have old details. i want to know the recarges of my cell phone more than rs.500 from the past four years. if they check those details, they will have my phone has been activated for 50ps/minshould i go to consumer forum to get the details?

Reliance Infocom — Violation of Commitment
Dear Sir,My mobile no is [protected] and I have recharged it with lifetime voucher of Rs.800/- on Nov 2006. At that time it was told to me that the life time validity is for 10 years and to keep this you have to recharge with any topup voucher in every six months. I was carrying out the instruction provided to me at the time of recharge. But from yesterday night I am uanable to making any outgoing calls. When I went to nearest WEBWORLD they told me your validity was for 2 years and now you have to recharge with new lifetime voucher of Rs.199/- and to keep the validity you have to recharge with minimum of Rs.200/-in every six month. My complain is why there is change in rules. I have given Rs.800/- at that time which is too high from the present offer. So I don't expect such type of violation of commitment from a big company like Reliance. I expect a positive response from your side at the earliest.
