[Resolved]  Reliance Internet Data card — Worst service

I took a reliance internet data card 3 months back n i got 2 months o[censored]nlimited package for free. i have used their service for 1 month after that some problem was created by the relince internet data card sales person they have blocked my data card i have call them many time's but no reply i went to their office twice n for the second time i have submitted my required documnets again. still there is no reply. I have crossed my limit of patients now i serously want to register a complaint is this the right place.

I have taken reliance data card connection last month. While taking the connection the sales person told me that i will be given a two months fee waiver. But i received the first month bill...i informed the same to sales person and informed him not to disconnect my connection. But my connection got disconnected and i am calling the salesperson and other two guys for the last 5 days for the reactivation. Each day i am getting different commitments but nothing is happening as of now. Today is the sixth day and i am very much disappointed with the service. We are paying money from our pocket but no service is offered for the money collected.
I made the mistake of buying a Reliance Datacard. I used it for three months but the speed was so lousy that I was forced to terminate my connection.

But I have lost the Rupees 3000 that I paid for the datacard and the three months bill that I have paid to them for a service that I never used.

Is there a way by which I can get my money back from Reliance? Is there any consumer association to which I can lodge my complaint. Please let me know.

I have already written an email to TRAI but there is no response from them.
I Took reliance datacard for urgent work but the speed is worst it hardly took 1min to open single web page . First three months its free of charge and after that i will choose any plan for it. but in one month i am fed up with the service they provide . in the fourth month they charge me 550 bill for some top monde plan, next month also they charge me 1550 . after they automatically disconnect the service but still in the third month they charge 550 Rs . I received threatning call from their call centers.
Daily i received 6-7 calls from their call centers.
Finally i paid the whole amount .
The worst experience i had with reliance communication .
Purchase For Rs - 4500Rs
Max speed - 17k

I suggest never ever take reliance datacard. I received many calls for free reliance creadit card . but i took lesson from reliance card . I know without using they will charge me the bill.

HI have purchased the Relaice data card on april 3rd.i have given my office address as a billing address. i have received the bill for the month of april .my data card is not working from 17th april onwards, once i call to customer care.they are telling address problem.due to that they have de activated the number on 26th of this month i have complained regaring this .they are tellng that the verification person will come and collect the documents once again.if the address problem occurs hiw can i receive the bill.the relaice web world persons are playing the games.my data card number [protected].and my contact number is [protected].
Please give me the right suggesion regading this.to whom i have to contact.
reliance broadband is a waste connection, no speed very very slow, what ever we spend for the datacard will be waste.
Relince is not supporting his customer well, i purchased a rel data card two weeks back, and i already paid the amount, the guy told me that today itself he will gave me the card and install this on my laptop, but after lots of trying, i m not able to even get my data card, person everyday tells me that today he is coming to my home, but every day i m just waiting, it;'s two weeks now, but not even get my data card.

I purchased reliance data card which no. is [protected] just 2 months back and still i did not receive any bill from reliance communication. So can you people tell me that how can i get my bill
Till now I want to buy the reliance broadband net connection. But after i saw this complaint board i change my decision. I will go the other option.

I have bought a reliance data card from one of the reliance sales executive, whoose office is in Rani Bagh, Delhi, India, at the time of purchasing the Data Card I have clearly asked them to give me a package of Rs-1500 unlimited package but they have gave me package of Rs-650/month about which I was not aware and suddenly one fine day they have sent me a an sms saying my usage is high and need to make some part payment which I made and after few days there after. I got an sms your usage is high & I got another sms to pay bill of Rs1850/- which is only of intenet & they have disconnected the services... I kept calling the customer care people & I am continously getting the bills now of Rs 7064 approx which is not acceptable & people visiting my home for the bill.

Please take some action against this and make sure no customer would suffer with such disgusting telecom services.

I am Ashish jaiswal havin rellaince data card from 17th july and there is very week signal in my area so i complained about it but no action has been taken yet.And now i want to terminate it the costomercare is askinng to pay Rs.1150 while my plan is of Rs.600/month and till now 1 month is not completed so why should i pay for more than 1 month ! even i've not used it despite of this why shud i pay so much amount.I hope for your positive response.

We have some 30-35 connection of Reliance Data Card, we are using these connection from last 6 months, but in the matter of services I think that Reliance ADA is the worst in the industry, we have disconnected some of the number some three month back but we are receiving bills till today, even Reliance peoples called us all the time regarding their bills which numbers are already disconnected, and the best thing is that we are trying to short it out an bill related issue from last three months and call to lots of reliance people but result nothing and the numbers are still off, the mistakes are doing Reliance ADA and we are paying for them, I want to suggest just one thing to Mr. Anil Ambani that please stop this noncense work, if you are not able to give good services then why are you stay in this industry, STOP IT.
Airtel very worst! Because they are gave offers but few days they are changing the tarifs that airtel wants only money not customers.

Reliance Data Card — i had not found my bill from last six month !

i purchased a data card in april 2008 but from that month till now i could not found my bill. there is no any web site found by me that i can see my bill. i do not know what is my plan ?? and now sudden a massege sent to me by reliance as rs. 1850=00(something)!!!
and now i want only this that my every bill sent to my e-mail address with the full of details like my plan, last payment, uses time in day and night.
I had bought reliance data card...with the offer -2 months free usuage...1st to activate they had taken 2 weeks ...after that once the service got activated...i had called customer care 3 times to update my next plan post 2 months peroid which they had confirmed ..still they have activated the Rs650 monthly plan without my knowledge and even send me a bill for the same...

This is worst ever customer service which anyone can render...
I am using relience data care form last 2 month but due to slow internet speed this is useless for me .i have complaint in costomer case several time and they are not replying so far.
this data card work properly but no better output .
we cannot escalate issues to the higher level,

we are not getting the proper support from customer care.

I have 8 data card on my office all of them are not working properly...

I have bought a reliance data card from one of the reliance web world centres (model MG 880 date 28.09.08). I am using windows xp pack2 operating system in my laptop. When Im connecting the USB modem of reliance I am getting only a speed of 24kb/s. downloading speed is coming to 1kb/s and sometimes 0kb/s and hanging the download. I had raised the complaint to my purchase centre as well as customer care *333. They give chennai ashok nagar service centre address .i goto ashok nagar service centre the service person asked me this is only mobile service centre not a datacard . what can i do ?...
i ask two question
what is mean by customer care ????
what is mean by purchase centre ????

hi this is jyothibabu i have taken datacard 5 days back i used that card in mumbai now i gone ome other place in karnataka there i am not able to get net connection and i am trying to complaint to customercare there response is very bad.
I have taken adata card connction with TOSHIBA MAKE LAPTOP .DUE SO SOME SCHEME I AGREE TO USE ut sorry to say I was never satishfied with working of service and speed, but however I was pulling ON WITH IT.IT IS VERY PAINFUL SERVICE PROVIDED BY RELIANCE. Further service become more detrioated and ifinally i stopped working on it after paying all dues. but even then they are sending bills without use.
