[Resolved]  Reliance Internet Data card — Worst service

I took a reliance internet data card 3 months back n i got 2 months o[censored]nlimited package for free. i have used their service for 1 month after that some problem was created by the relince internet data card sales person they have blocked my data card i have call them many time's but no reply i went to their office twice n for the second time i have submitted my required documnets again. still there is no reply. I have crossed my limit of patients now i serously want to register a complaint is this the right place.

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE HENCE ISTOPPED SINCE LAST THREE MONTHS. AKSINGH
The most pathetic service i have ever recieved from both thier web world(Kondhwa) beside jyoti restaurant and in terms of servioce provided by reliance.

i have bought reliance data card on 24th -oct-08 and tehy have not started my services after 4 time continous verification by thier 3rd party agenicies.

moreover no news has been coming from thier web world servcie provider, i think now i am trying to withdraw my services then to also they dont have any information regarding the same and they have not provided me any customer care e-mail add post my complaint.
This is now painful for me to have Reliance Data Card.It is not working properly.Even I can not avail one month free use.I made the call to the concerned person many times but no service from their side till date.

I bought Reliance USB data card last month. While taking the connection the sales person told me that you can also call with this data card but I am not able to call. Whenever I try to call someone, it connects with that person and I can hear his voice but he is not able to hear me. I called up Mr. Sahil Arora, who come to my house to install it, but he is also not able solve this query since then.

Please help me to tell how I can make my voice audible to the person, I am calling.

Service is really pathetic.I think they never open there id [protected]@relianceada.com.
i Purchased a data card 4mnth ago, and reliance told me that first two mnts usage are completely free after which you will get the 2 plans, Rs.1596 & Rs.650 per mnth.
But on third mnth without informing me and without any permission of mine they activate my Rs.650 plan and sent me a bill of rs 3000.00 on 4th mnth.
I complaint for that, and for termination of connection but till today i didnt get any call form reliance as well as my problem is remain such till date.
Please dont trust reliance as reliance could cheat you at any moment.
Totally agree with all the complaints in this regard. Would not complain too much about the usage of the data card, but would definitely like to point out the poor customer service and billing.

If Reliance ADA have thought that customer is a fool and will pay whatever they charge, then they are wrong. Would like to let you all know about what happened with me. Was a satisfied user for the first month till I received my bill. Didn't have any complaints on the billing charges what so ever as I's using an unlimited plan, only concern was that my name was mentioned wrongly in the bill. For the same reason, I's not able to claim my usage amount from my company. I repeatedly called up the customer service and each time I's given a reference number and was assured that this would be sorted out. Got fed up and decided to terminate my connection.
I's asked to clear all my dues to terminate the connection. I obliged to the same and payed all my dues, got the acknowledgement slip from them stating that I've cleared my dues and my connection is being terminated.
After all these, I'm getting a fresh bill for my terminated connection the very next month. Just because I'm a consumer who pays the bills on time, they took it for granted and are trying to exploit me further.
I decided not to pay any bills from them stating the same and have asked them to go to court if they wish.
I'll never promote this VAMPIRE Brand amongst my pals and would definitely go to consumer court if they don't stop torturing me with illegitimate bills.

Shame on Reliance...Pity on you Dirubhai Sir...your Sons are spoiling your name..

Sud: SunDirect Poor Customer Service

I took Sudirect DTH in Navi Mumbai (Dealer Naik Group), They came to my place installed on 20th Dec and said channels will be activated in 24 hrs.It's been 1 week services are not yet activated, whenever i call them, they will say it will be done today (not even a proper response). i know they are lying but am helpless.

if anyone planning to go for Sundirect, please dont make payment till ur services gets activated.

I have a reliance post paid plan. for last two months the phone is not working propely. It can dissconnet during talking or reciving the phone. I make the compalint in the web world. but there is no response please solve my problem

Reliance Data Card Prepaid — Worst Service Ever

Hi,

I am Janardhan working for Indian MNC as SAP BI Consultant. Currently i am working frm home and i keep moving to diff locations. SO i have taken Reliance Data Card Connection Prepaid. for the ffirst month they said one rupee offer is there so i recharged for one rupee. Next month on 1st of Jan i recharged for 649/- & 1200/- Rupees through ICICI Bank. suprisingly my account is charged to only 960 not the 1099 ( which is unlimited access plan for pre paid Data card ).

From Jan 1st i am facing connectivity issues and no one has taken it seriously from reliance side to rectify it. This has caused me a very very major critical issues to be pending. Also i learnt a lesson i should never rely on Reliance. Currently i am sitting in internet cafe and working for my client. This kind of service from Reliance is very very bad and doesnt match to the Global Standards as they aspire to.

I am Bibhu from Pune using Reliance Data Card since Oct'08 but till to I have not received any Bills and I am using this weekly sunday, Today I found there is a SMS from Reliance for bill due date 10/01/09 and there is no bill amount so today I called to Reliance Customer Care about the bill they were not ready to say me the bill dispatch details but they said they will charges Rs.50/- for late fees.

In between I have paid Rs.45/- on 23/12/08 for SMS uses.

Kindly help me how I will close this issue.

Reliance Internet Data card — Most Useless serice

The Reliance Internet data card is the most hopeless card, it is always erratic and even if you complain, no one bothers to listen or contacts. But, yes they are extremely sincere in collecting its charges.

Reliance NetConnect ZTE Data Card — discontinuation of paid service

Dear Sir,

I purchased the Reliance Netconect Data Card { Sim No: [protected]} from your authorised outlet-Premier Communications, Paunta Sahib, HP on 9 January, 2009. I paid an amount of Rs. 2890 as per the details given below;

1. Cost of the Data Card: 2490
2. Sim: 100
3. E-Recharge: 299

I was also informed o[censored]nlimited Internet usage for a period on one month under this package. But you diccontinued/blocked my Internet service w.e.f. from 24 January, 2009 ( at about 6 am) without any reasons. To day I tried to contact your Customer Executive on *333 but the concerned executive failed to resolve my problem. Instead I was directed to submit my ID proof once again? Sir, I am living in a remote area and can not re submit my documents immediately. Therefore, you are requested to restore my internet service immediately with addition of the days my service was blocked by you.

Dear Reliance Manager,
Ghaziabad.

I have been using reliance data card since last year and the no is [protected]. I was using a 650 plan. I have paid all the bills on time but this time my bill was very huge but I have found it wrong as my usages were less. I complaint about the same and the reliance net office people in Vaishali asked me to pay Rs 750 and committed to activate my services by the same untill they resolve the matter. But notthing has been done yet.
I am looking for the reply for the same else I will discontinue the services from reliance and switch over to some other service provider.
And I will speak to the higher authorities about the same. kindly revert me back as soon as possible.

Reliance netconnect data card — worst service given by company

i have taken reliance net connect data card having card no
[protected] on the name of jitendra jena and on the date of[protected].
it is not working properly so i went to the service center for two times
but i did not got my resolution between the servicing time i lost my one
month unlimited offer and till now the data card is not working i have
complained minimum 50 times to the company but they are telling that the
complaint was transfered to the releavant department. Now i am giving some
complain numbers. They are
85659658, 85379174, 85245801, 85208978, 86127900, 86204304, 86128490, 88099735
and many more. They are also misbehaving me .They told me that the
complain may take 1yr to 10yr. When i am contacting to the reliance
service provider they told that we have complained but there is no
response when i am telling to give my one month unlimited they are telling
that there is no policy to give the service. They had not given the
service till now. So please contact me on the phone no:-[protected] from
11am to 10pm and give me some help to refund my money.
the cheat or what ?

I purchased a reliance data card on[protected] online vide receipt no. [protected] it was activated on 4th Feb 2009 where I promised to get a pen drive and a holiday package voucher in 7 days but I am not able to get any thing from the company. Are they just doing false promises to sale the goods.

and please tell me why ant I stop using reliance product
