[Resolved]  Reliance Internet Data card — Worst service

I took a reliance internet data card 3 months back n i got 2 months o[censored]nlimited package for free. i have used their service for 1 month after that some problem was created by the relince internet data card sales person they have blocked my data card i have call them many time's but no reply i went to their office twice n for the second time i have submitted my required documnets again. still there is no reply. I have crossed my limit of patients now i serously want to register a complaint is this the right place.

Reliance/ USB Data Card — Payment not waived

I was using Reliance Data Card (No. [protected]) for my laptop since June 2008 (Unlimited usage plan @ Rs. 1500/- per month) and I have not paid my December 2008 Bill because I had left my Company in December 2008. In January 2009, Reliance executive Mr. Shakti Singh (Web World, Sector-23, Rajnagar, Ghaziabad) contacted me for payment and I asked for surrender the USB data card. He advised me to surrender the USB device and all due payment will be waived. As advised by Mr Shakti Singh I have surrendered the data card in January 2009 (with receiving) but again I got the next month bill.

Please do the needful in this matter.

Complaint: i have taken reliance net connect data card having card no
[protected] on the name of jitendra jena and on the date of[protected].
it is not working properly so i went to the service center for two times
but i did not got my resolution between the servicing time i lost my one
month unlimited offer and till now the data card is not working i have
complained minimum 50 times to the company but they are telling that the
complaint was transfered to the releavant department. Now i am giving some
complain numbers. They are
85659658, 85379174, 85245801, 85208978, 86127900, 86204304, 86128490, 88099735
and many more. They are also misbehaving me .They told me that the
complain may take 1yr to 10yr. When i am contacting to the reliance
service provider they told that we have complained but there is no
response when i am telling to give my one month unlimited they are telling
that there is no policy to give the service. They had not given the
service till now. So please contact me on the phone no:-[protected] from
11am to 10pm and give me some help to refund my money.
Internet speed sucks
Dear Board,

I purchased a Reliance Data Cable in the month of September. The hardware cost for the Data Card was Rs. 3000/. The scheme promised, was Rs. 450 monthly rental with first two months rental free. From the first day of activation itself there was connection problem. Due to promlem in net surfing i decided to disconnect it in moth of Aug-2008 by clarifying all pending bills .Now after six month interval they were saying your pending bill amount is Rs743. So please pay it as soon as possible though they were not send any bill at my given billing address .They were also threatening and abusing me.
I would request this board to escelate my complaint to Reliance officials and sort out my matter. The Reliance data card number is [protected].

Data card # [protected] is purchased. We have tried to close it since last one month but failed due to non-compliance and very delayed compliance. Via receipt # S[protected], we have paid the old dues informed from the Relience Web World, Nehru Place. On their advise, we tried to switch the present scheme to the minimum monthly amount of Rs 176 per month. I called 30333333 and requested to switch over, but after transfering from one department to another department, they took my 26 minutes and ultimately told that due to system break down, service center boys told that due to system failure they can not do anything and please call after 30 minutes. This is frustrating and unhuman. May I request to close down my internet connection.

I have 8 data card cannection.all user of data card work in some office (Phoenix Legal)
2 data cannection is in name of saket sukla and his home address (D-149 deffence colony)
6 data cannection in name of Phoenix Legal A, 41 2nd floor lajpat nagar part II
my office shifted lajpat nagar to jangpura (New Delhi)
i want to change the old address in new and also canvert the name of Saket Shukla to transfer in Phoenix Legal firm, he is partner of this firm .
I am summit all document in last month for address chang and name canvert to firm.
but i never got any responce for them (store is Reliance/ Jungpura 110014).
please do and if you want any enquaries i am ready for it,
otherwise within two days i am disconect all conection of reliance and take other service provider .

I have purchased relaince data card I made the mistake of buying a Reliance Datacard. I can't use even a single time my connection.

But I have lost the Rupees 3000 that I paid for the datacard
Is there a way by which I can get my money back from Reliance? Is there any consumer association to which I can lodge my complaint. Please let me know.
We are having a Nine Nos. of Data cards which was in individuals name of our employee but the amount for purchasing a data card and the running bills are payable by us, meanwhile we are decided to this nine data card should transfer in our company name as CVC Technologies Inc., and we had applied for same before 60 Days, a seven data card which are used in Bombay is transfer in our company name but two nos. of data card is not transfer in same.
We had paid all outstanding and all dues which required from your end but till we not receive a positive response for same two cards.

Immediately after this I received a message from them that I need to pay Rs. 1950/- to continue with the connection. I was surprised to see this message. I have been using Reliance Data Card for the last two years and never ever did I get this type of a bill. The Customer Care is horrible, they are the most inefficient. yes, that's why thay last my mubership, after that they cheeted and comited again, now i'm taken a new number for old modem.i dont no i long i will continue this...

Reliance Data Card — defective product

I have purchased a Reliance data card, which turned to be defective. the dealer is refusing to even look into the product now

This is George Kennedy, Chennai. I am writing this mail just to let you know that my data card bearing number [protected] has not been working for the whole of May 2009.
 
I have been calling almost 10 people so far but to no avail.
 
One of the persons who attended my call said that there is some tech problem in my name regarding payment of bill for a landline number which I don't use. Infact the reliance landline connection that I am using is 32024767. We have a broadband connection at our office and in addition this data card. I have been paying the bill regularly.
 
I am returning
 
1) my landline,
2) my data card and also
3) the reliance broadband connection that I am using for my office
 
It is shocking that such a well networked reputed organisation as reliance is unable to sort out a small problem as mine for about a month now. No one has called me or met me in person to settle my grievance. Everyone keeps passing the buck...
 
There are a  card load of works for me rather than calling your people every now and then for a small matter as this...
 
Pl see if something can be done at the earliest or else let me know. I can immediately surrender all your services that I and my organisation are using. I just can't be paying bills without using your services. Moreover I am answerable to my organization.
 
If you can't sort this out let me know whom I should contact. I will be grateful.
