Reliance data card not working in Jorhat, Assam. Reason?

Dear,
I am using Reliance Data Card and I have deposited a cheque of Rs.771/- on Friday at Nehru Place, New Delhi but till Tuesday I am unable to use my Internet Services and Customer Care executive always says that their system is under upgradation.
Kindly look into the matter and plz help me so that I can use my Reliance data card at the earliest...

i had taken reliance CDMA1X data card they said roaming free but it was not connecting out side it was showing computer remote is not detecting the device what i have to do i went reliance communications located in tambaram, chennai. but the problem was not solved how many months i have to suffer please respond immediately
you are taking bill correctly but i am not doing any thing you have to respond immediately

Just 2months ago, I got the Reliance Data card connection. I was assured about the satisfactory service. But the real scenario came into light when I made the payment for the 2nd months. Sometime, I don’t get the tower, sometime not able to connect Reliance Server albeit I get the tower of Reliance and more interesting I am not able to do browsing as the download rate just 0.00 ( so interesting !!! ). I am so many complaints to the concerned retailers from where I bought my data card and even to Reliance itself. But now I have lost for the hope to get any positive response.

I very well agree.

They have the most pathetic services and I highly recommend everyone who intend to buy datacard not to go for Reliance.
First reason, it will be more of inconvinience than convinience and everytime you will be given a new compain number without a resolution.

Its been 3 months, I have been using their datacard as I travel alot. Effectively I could only use it for less than a month I am unable to pay my bill online, i do not know my bill, i don'nt get paper bills.

After several request its yet not been done.

One word for Reliance PATHETIC.

They should pack up their business.

I took a reliance internet data card 3 months back n i got 2 months o[censored]nlimited package for free. i have used their service for 2 month after that some problem was created by the reliance internet data card sales person they have blocked my data card i have call them many time's but no reply i got the bill in which he charged rs 143 + rs. 100 late fees dues although i opted rs. 299 plan and i sent many mail to customer care and till now i have not received any feedback from them. i m facing a lot of problem without internet. I have crossed my limit of patients now i serously want to register a complaint is this the right place. My data card number is [protected]

I dont know i'll receive the + response of this mail or not.

I have experienced similar problem with the reliance data card. My Id is [protected]. The data card has stated that speed is up 148Kbs. However, my experince is highly disheartening. Today I was downloading a text messge of 4Mb. The down loading started with 6Kbs indicating time of 22 mts. However, the speed deteriorated and came down to 800bytes per second. Can you calculate the efficiency? This is dishonest business ethics adopted by Reliance. It is bound to crash and reduced to dust. I hope some cycophant executive would tell Anil Amabani that he is growing his business but it is otherwise.

reliance data card service is the worst i have ever seen. i m very dissatisfied with the speed of the internet. it is providing 1 kbps speed for downloading. it takes 1 hour to download 4-5 mb file. i m very fed up with it service. despite providing Rs1100 per month i m getting nothing. i feel that i m a fool who is using such service by giving 1100 per month.

i will go to court about my data card problems. i think reliance polcy is easy way to earn mony from people. coustmarcare also not responding from my data card, its my last warning, if reliance do not do propt acation about my data card, my data card number is [protected], and my contect no, [protected]

reliance data card is a blunder!!! Never buy it.

reiance communications and webworld they dont have proper information about the data card, if we ask about data card they have no answer, i thought that its big company its give good service but my expectation is not true, its a very bad service

Aap ka LXU800 data card bahut slow hai........kabhi 5mb ka song download karo to 5 hours lagte hain..
Kya is ka kuch ilaaz nahi hai ??? Downloading me bahut slow, surfing me bahut slow, aur yahoo messenger to kabhi download hi nahi hota....1 hours me 30 baar disconnect hota haai...........

Yes worst service. Me too took one connection. Before taking connection they told that for 15 days i will be getting 750/- rupees bill then after i will get regular bill according to tarrif which i opted. after 15 days they disconnected. I visited their office, and heard shocking news. My bill was 3500/- rupees just for 15 days.
