I wan't to discontinue the service of Reliance Datacard i m using no. [protected].
I went to the Reliance customer care (Noida) for the above issue but i didn't got
respectful response from the representatives.
Please disconnect the service ASAP as i m not using the Datacard anymore since last month.

which model no ec 121, i purchase in dec 2008, from bigning it conectvity is very bad, speed also very bad, i am very unhappy, i make a mail, to reliance on it id Priority.[protected]@relianceada.com, but no responce, last time i make complain, if not solve, other wise i close my a/c, pls help me,

I request that with immediate effect please cancel the Reliance Data Card Broad Band connection with No: [protected].

Reason: Despite continuous follow up and several phone calls, with your Reliance representatives at Secunderabad, no proper response was received for changing the broad band data card connection to High Speed Broad Band data card. I had no option but to go for other service provider for High Speed Broad Band Data Card.

Hence request for de-activation of Reliance Broad Band Data Card with No: [protected].

Even now, if your representative responds to us, there are another 4 Reliance broadband data card connections which need to be converted to High Speed Broad band connections. Lest, all our colleagues will opt for another service provider.

Respected Madam,

Hereby it is requested to disconnect my High Speed Internet connection with effect from 1st November 2009. The same time let me express my great gratitude for helping me to achive the Internet facility, but the two techenicians who came to establish the net,could not do any thing good. Even after changing the telephone the net was not responding as well as the telephone link[protected]. We should recommend this telephone number to the Guinness book of world records for not responding for the longest period. I am very sorry to say that your staff also not responding to the telephone calls. I tried many times in the last two days to convey the message. There after I appeared personnally in your office and the lady who was suppose to attend the calls said sorry for not attending the calls. Cause was very genuine that she was very busy. Fortunately you can find some one is not busy is the customer. He will find own time to travel all the way from home to the exchange to lodge the problems.

I have seen most of the companies are trying to reach our door steps offering valuable services competing with others. But BSNL is always try to escape stepping back ward. I don't understand why it happens with BSNL.

As far as my experience, I had many bitter experience and tired. For the last few years I am behind BSNL requesting for Broad Band Connection, At last they provide me with a High Speed Internet connection. Unfortunately it is found most of the time very slow or not responding by the remote computer. Ultimately I realise it is useless to spend time and money for this net. In many occasion I had to go internet cafes for checking mail .

So I humbly request you to do necessary arrangements to disconnect the said High Speed Net and release me from the head ache. I think it is better to go for a private connection such as ASIANET, TATA Indicom or Reliance and get better services.

Here with I return all the accessories provided. 1) Data Cable, 2) CDs ( 1. Old & 1 New. 3) CDMA 200 Usxers manual.

High speed internet — very poor working

My landphone number is [protected] and is connected with high speed internet.from last one month internet is workig very slowly hence browsing speed is very slow.Also the net connection is disconnecting automatically.
please take neccessary action to rectify the problem urgently.
