[Resolved] Reliance Internet Data card — Dead Slow and Continuous disconnection | |||
i am facing the problem of dead slow and continuous disconnecting of my net. Though i gave a bunch of complaints the problem of continuously becoming damn slow day by day. though i have complained many times at Reliance Customer Centers but they are least bothered about the issue though it is not even a problem of one or two complaints but being faced by most of the customer.Though Reliance introduced High speed Internet facilities i never felt like that speed. I am getting very much slow internet speed near about 4-5 kbps and also downloading speed about 10-12 kbps.
But I am having one of the best plans of Reliance Net Connection. My net connection is postpaid and I am getting about Rs.850 of monthly. Then to I am not getting good net speed.
Kindly look in to the matter and do the needfull as early as possible.
