Reliance House, 4th floor 34, Chowranghee Road.Kolkata Sub: Complaint regarding Customer Care Ref: Reliance Landline no.[protected] With reference to the above I would like to inform you that I have lodged a complaint regarding my above dead phone, and customer care provided me complaint no.87323328 dated 29/01/2009, when we want to know the status of our complaint, the customer care told me that your complaint has solved. We shocked that how is it possible, then the customer care told us that you have to lodge a fresh complaint and they provide us a another no.87475996. Even after 48 hours passed when we dial customer for the status of our 2nd complaint .at this time cutomer care told us that the complaint has solved whether our telephone is still dead since 27/01/2009. Sir, we never expected that type of poor services from Reliance Communication. As we know that under Comman Charter of “Telecom Regulatory Authority of India” para No.9 the service provider is agree to repair the fault within 24 hours of receipt of complaint from a subscriber. Sir, if the problem is not solved within 48 hours we will surrender our telephone without paying any outsandig dues and will go to “ TRAI “ ( Telecome Regulatory Authority of India) and Consumer Court for justice. Dear Sir,
I am using reliance landline services .With reference to the above I would like to inform you that I had given three complaints regarding distrubance in my phone line, when we want to know the status of our complaint, the customer care told me that your complaint will be solved.
Sir, we never expected that type of poor services from Reliance Communication. As we know that under Comman Charter of “Telecom Regulatory Authority of India” para No.9 the service provider is agree to repair the fault within 24 hours of receipt of complaint from a subscriber.
Sir, if the problem is not solved within 48 hours we will surrender our telephone without paying any outsandig dues and will go to “ TRAI “ ( Telecome Regulatory Authority of India) and Consumer Court for justice.

HI sir,
this is to inform you that i have ur mobile connection no.[protected] and some days ago i have done my recharge of rs 50/- and out of that 30/- deducted from the account due to unecesary service which u people activated on my account named--"VOICE CHAT SERVICE" without informing me...and when i called on the customer care the agent was rude and saying that this service has got activated by the company end.. and also it is free till you activate...now i want the waiver of rs30/-..please do the needful asap...

My land line set is not working properly.There is a problem in the receiver. We are not able to talk while talking suddenly the voice call ends and many a times the call continues but we are not able to hear the voice. I have been suffering this problem since last one year. I have complaint about my problem many times to my near customer care center but no one responded. I have asked them to change my land-line set a number .They came two three times and replaced the receiver wire with an old and used one which lasted only for a week or so, they also replaced our battery which was already used and was local.

Reliance Landline — Phone not working for last 3 days
My phone #[protected] is not working for last 3 days, no redressal however. One of the worst service provider and customer care is Reliance. They never listen to our complaints and never turn up to solve the issue.
We are having a land-line and it is not working for more than 3 months. We are registering it with customer care and getting only complaint no without any solution. Final when i went to the nodal officer he told us that they cannot provide service in that area (actually our office is located in a business area) i was stunned and speech less(they are not ready to give it in writing) and i requested hI'm to offer us a solution because i couldn't change my number as it is office no. But still I'm running behind them for a solution.Kindly advice on this

Again the phone has gone dead yesterday ie 15/03/2012. It happens twice or thrice a year and no quick remedy.

I went to reliance world in tollygunge but they did not help either. Finally to inform you that I am paying you from the past 6 months without even being able to use the service. I have even requested to change the instrument but was said that there is no set in stock, which makes me fail to believe that such a big communication company does not have instruments in stock since 1year even when a customer is ready to pay for the same.
I would therefore request you to take an immediate step and oblige.

I was having reliance landline number [protected]. This phone was surrendered to customer care at Shivranjni Char Rasta, Ahmedabad. Charger was also surrendered.
It was surrendered in Decenber 2013, and all the dues were paid. To my surprise I am still getting monthly bill for the same. On speaking to Customer care, they sent mail to Mr Amit and told me that now you will not receive bill. But it didn't stopped. Kindly do needful. Regards,

We are so much disappointed regarding your services, . As we have already noted complaint regarding the damage of our
reliance codless set with phone No- [protected]. This is our corporate connection of our Globus Store pvt. Ltd. Ludhiana.
Due to damage of this codless set oue connection is dead from more than 6 months. But regularly we are paying bill of
this hone.
This time I personaly went to Reliance Office at Kunal Towers, Mall road Ludhiana but they didt take handover our reliance set.
They said that our emloyee will come in your office and take hand over this set. I am not able to understand if we are ready to
pay the amount of new reliance set then where is the problem...
We just want to continue this number because this is our corporate number but noboby from your side listening.
