[Resolved]  Reliance Landline Phone — Getting bill for Terminated Phone

I was using reliance landline phone no[protected], and I surrendered this phone along with complete Handset & charger (the equipment was in good working condition) in Reliance Web World, Raj Nagar Ghaziabad on 25th March 2007 after paying all the dues.

I paid my last bill (dated 11th April 2007) Amount Rs. 271.00 on 23rd April 2007 through internet banking.

In this case instead of receiving my security deposit of Rs. 1000.00 (Rupees One thousand only), I am receiving a bill every month. Upon receiving the bill I visit your office or Reliance web world and every time they just waive off my bill and next month again I receive a new bill. This scenario is going on for more than two years.

I am looking for some help/ intervention from your side to immediately take the appropriate action to stop these bills and release my security deposit ASAP.
