[Resolved]  Reliance Landline Phone — Harassing Honest Customer

Dear Sir/Madam, Sub:- Completely tired off your Telephonic Customer
Support System.


I m using Reliance Land Line Phone bearing no.[protected], at my clinic JB-14, Qutub Plaza, Gurgaon & from last 2-months I regularly placing request at your Telephonic customer support system to disconnect this land line phone.

But there isn’t any progress till today 30th May’08, there is some Ref No’s:-

1> Ref No: 67549911 Dated 24th Apr’08, Executive Name: Vinod,
Nisha (floor supervisor).

2> Ref No: 68460424 Dated 12th May’08, Executive Name: Balkishan.

3> Ref No: 69314934 Dated 28th May’08 Executive Name : Munasir.


I really unable to understand why things are taking this much of time, whenever I calls them again they always says “sir your request is in progress, and it will take 14 days”

Could you tell me how many 14-Days have passed from 24th Apr’08 to 30th May’08 (It is when I don’t remember the Ref No: to my request which I placed before this 24th Apr’08)???

The Executive who are attending customers calls, they attend calls with fictitious Names & you can not trace them, when I got very much frustrated and started shouting on call, One of your executive (Nisha-floor supervisor) said “you, yourself withdrawn your Request of Disconnection your land line phone”, But when I asked her about the Ref No: / Date / of withdrawal of my Request to disconnection of land line phone. She was speechless.

Your Telephonic Customer Support System is beyond the Worst, we can think. The Executive who are sitting there to attend our calls are Liars, Dishonest to their work & Harassing Honest Customers.


This is just a way of harassing the honest customers, and making money from them only.

Now keep this letter as a proof that I m not going to pay a singly penny towards the Bill and other charges, after 24th Apr’08.

If you will not take any action Reg. my Telephone disconnection request in coming 7-working days from now, you will not find anybody to surrender your landline instrument & to pay reasonable amount of bill.

So its my humble request do not Mutually Insist me to take the help of Consumer Court.
