[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance — tds not deposit in income tax department

Respected sir,

I am Shishir Bansal. I have worked with Reliance Life Insurance Company as a Sales Manager in Harda (M.P.) branch.

Some of the persons were working under me as advisor, for Reliance Life Insurance Company.

Reliance Life Insurance Company has deducted TDS on the commission of my advisors, which are suppose to be deposited to the Income Tax department but they did not deposited the same to the Income Tax department.

In this way Reliance Life Insurance Company has cheated Income Tax department as well as with my advisors.

I am requesting you to look into the matter and do the needful.

I am also requesting you to update me for the action taken. I will be thankful to you.

Details of the TDS deducted by Reliance Life Insurance Company but not deposited to Income Tax department is attached.
