[Resolved] Reliance Mobile CDMA — Balance deduction | |
Dear sir/mam, My reliance mobile no. is [protected]. On 19 April 2012 I forwarded my call to my another vodafone no [protected] but I did not receive any diverted call on this no . Still 91.50 rupees was deducted from my reliance no [protected]. I complained to customer care my complain no is[protected].My balance is not credited, On again contacting to customer care , they are saying that This is not a company fault so your balance will not be credited.They are not giving me the right information about the diverted number also. Reliance Mobile(CDMA) — DEDUCTION OF BALANCE
Continous deduction of with effect from 13 nov 2010 to till date on my [protected]. I intimated to customer care but not giving satisfactory solution.I had send request for activation of DND service on 20 aug 2010 yet it was not activated.my balance has been deducted as Rs.49 on 15 -16 nov 2010, Rs30 on 16 -17 nov 2010 and Rs20 on 19-20 nov 2010.
