[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile CDMA — REALIANCE MY TUNES BEAUTY AND PAIN

Dear Customer Care,

I am a reliancemobile royal customer for last four years. Previously I had a number [protected], which I have discarded on Jun 16 2006, then I have switched to my new number [protected], I have another two numbers in my name used by my fiance [protected], her brother [protected] & [protected] is another number in name of my fiance name. All the numbers is being used by us.

I have mentioned all these numbers just to explain that I know every pros and cons of reliancemobile service, since I am using it for so many years. In this whole time of my relationship with relaince mobile I have once activated caller tune for the number [protected] with two caller tunes, Kaise main kahu tumse and Tum Itna Kyun Muskara Rahe Hon. I have also unsubscribed to those caller tunes after they got expired in three months.(as told by realiance customer care). Therefore I even know the beauty and pain o[censored]sing a caller tune and I have sworn not to greet my callers by any sort of entertainment future in my mobile using life.

I usually recharge my account with a Rs. 201/- bi-monthly and Power recharge of Rs. 59/- monthly or Power recharge Rs. 49/- monthly. Today 23/04/08 22:29 hrs I have received a sms from 52345 number of reliance caller tune service reading " Thankyou for subscribing to callertune service. To set favourite tunes, Dial 51234567at Rs.6/min. Reliance" After receiving the sms I called up Reliance Customer Care who nowadays remains more busy than GOD, and my call was attended by a lady. Now this where all gentle man wraps up, I was in an intention to charge fire on reliance for such a favour that was done to me by activating caller tune, but was melt to ice by a sweet lady's voice. Whatsoever she gave me a code, i.e. UNSUB and told me to send it at number 51234, (sms charges for this number was said will be free)

I have send the UNSUB code and I know that my caller tune will be deactivated.

Now to people who doesn't make nay sense of whole this short story,
Rs. 15/- is the charge for activating my tunes on Relaince mobile whether if it is done accidentaly or incidentally or intentionally by both the parties (customer or service provider). Now if this sort of accidentaly or incidentally or intentionally propositions happen to 1% of the total reliancemobile customer that will make the company 15X100000=1500000/- rupees richer in just one day. and the company name will be reflected with high gains in the stock exchange and more Indian names will make it to the forbes richest list more private jets to be added to the family, after all elder brother is also a part of the family.

In an Growing Indian Scenario where inflation rate is as high as 9%, why pass the effect on us, we the silly people is already tired and frustrated by the growing prices of commodities. OH RALIANCEMOBILE, THE BIGGEST CDMA PLAYER PLEASE SPARE US FROM THIS ECONOMIC CYCLE.
