[Resolved] Reliance Mobile CDMA Prepaid Service (Delhi) — Without my request started "My Tunes" in my phone and started charging money

I am a prepaid mobile holder from Reliance India Mobile and my no. is [protected]. I am holding this mobile no. since 2003.
On 25th November 2007, I phoned to Reliance Customer Care to clear my doubts of repeatedly reducing my prepaid balance and then I come to know that my phone number has “My Tunes” facility activated from September 2007, so they are charging Rupees One for each day and every day it is being deducted from my prepaid account balance which I never subscribed for.
I made an argument for the reversal of such amount which they are charging from September for a service which I have not subscribed for. The customer care executive refused to do so and not even accepted to give me the detail by date or anything else that I requested to start such service on my phone.
Neither they logged my complaint on such matter nor given me any complaint number by making excuses that their computer is not working so they are unable to log it on. I have phoned three times but I found every time a new person to convince this matter. I have noted down the time of call and the name of the executive whom I made this request.
Lastly on third time I got the answer that they will not refund the money and I am free to make complaint anywhere.
