[Resolved] Reliance Mobile CDMA — not sending hard copy of monthly bill | |||
To, Dear Sir’ My self Rajendrasingh Chouhan,I am a customer/ mobile user of Reliance communication’s CDMA service. I have following complaint against Them. I have not asked for “subscribing to the E-bill service” even though they have subscribed me for same. I have lodge complaint with their Customer Services on 25/11/2011 that when I have registered for hard copy of monthly bill of my no. [protected] but I have not received the hardcopy for last 3 months, even though I had made the bill payments, this month I will not pay the bill unless I get the hard copy . I have received the call from their Customer Services to pay the bill on due date otherwise services will be disconnected, this is kind of dadagiri/bhaigiri these peoples are doing, how can they threaten me. this is too much first making mistakes & then threatening, are we living in sought of dictatorship or what? one more thing my unsubscribed bill amount is Rs.5876(apro) on 27/11/11 & now it is Rs8284/- on 1/12/11, now they have stoped my STD facility saying my usage are high, regarding this issue twice I call to their toll free no 198 to lodge my complaint that this is out of the world amount one can use in one month. check with it & let me know the reason behind this high usage,& find out whether someone is calling from my no.but I was told that they cannot check it now because it is unbilled amount, it can be known only after the is generated on 11/12/11. How can they stop my STD facility for no reason or fault of mine first they should send me hard copy of bill then I will pay it as I paid earlier . they are harassing me by stopping my regular services.
