[Resolved] Reliance Mobile Prepaid — Wrong registration of SIM No[protected] | |
My mobile no. is [protected] and SIM No[protected] which is lost by me on 28 Jul 2009. I had lodged FIR complaint of the same. When contacted to Reliance customer care service, Raipur (C.G.) I was told that the SIM is in the name of some Mr.Ashok and asked an affidavit from me to change of name. I had purchased the SIM from Citizen shop, Ravi Bhawan, Raipur (C.G.). I had also given my Adress proof and other documents while purchasing the SIM. How can they give me an SIM of other persons name? Pls do the needful at the earliest otherwise I will be forced to go for an Airtel or Vodafone SIM. Was this information helpful? | |

I had purchased a SIM No[protected]; Batch No. 79759 on 2004 in my name at Citizen Shop, Ravi Bhawan, Raipur (C.G.). At present the same is lost. I lodged a FIR complaint and a copy of the same is given to Reliance customer care service at Raipur, but to my surprise I was told by them that the SIM is registered in the name of some Mr.Ashok and not in my name. They are also asking an affidavit for changing the name. Kindly look into the matter and initiate necessary action to reactivate my SIM at the earliest.
