i am distrub for other parties service sms 53131. I am not activated this service but before one month i received to sms 53030. I am stopped this massage by sms to 53030 but now i received massage from 53131. i contact to reliance cutomer care but not satisfication answer me. company say, we are unable for stopping 53131 service. so, this reason, i am not recharge of my mobile because i am recharge to mobile then less money in my account by reliance company. i do not understand what are doing now ? so i am afraid for recharge account. my number is [protected]...

Reliance: MONEY HACKER FROM POOR PEOPLE
I Have balance of about 200. After entering the R-World i have just navigated first wallpaper to download, but while saving the wallpaper the error message displayed and no money applied also displayed. Then i navigated for another wallpaper again the same error with no charges. I navigated about 3 images in 4 minutes and as usual the same message diaplayed.
Immediately i disconnected R-world and checked my account balance...Shocking my balance is Rs.94.

I am using Reliance prepaid connection & my cell no is[protected] which is in life time scheme from last few months with fruitful service.
In last month I have recharge voucher of Rs. 100 & balance shown as rs. 83.00 . I have made only few local calls on reliance mobiles which worth is rs. 25.00 approx. But after a week my balance shown as rs. 17.00 only.
after contacting customer care on 2nd august for which they have provide me a complaint no. & inform me that rs. 50.00 has been deducted for devotional song facility which i have never been apply & with height of that rs. 20.00 has been deducted for some Reliance talking scheme which also I have not apply still my balace have regularly decreses day by day for some funny reasons which is every time newer than other.
Now my balance is showing Rs. -19.00. and customer care telecallar is saying that my SIM Card will be Barred if I have not recharge it.
After enquire everytime to customer care they are saying that our server is not showing any deductions & the duducted amount will not be refunded.

This is manisha pareek here, My overall exp. with reliance is pathetic and irritating. currently im facing such a weird problem, as suddenly i got a msg from 53030 and whole balance of mine vanished. got some unwanted msg regarding registraion somewhere while i dint request of it n nw im nt able to make my outgoing call and cant send msgs too. could you please tell what is this and why its happening?

We have purchased a GSM sim of Rs/-28. From the day we have purchased it was not activated.We called on reliance custumor care.The person speaking told us that it will be activated in 24 hours.Today 4 to 5 days have been passed but it was not activated till now.
