Hon'ble HoD of Complaint dealing,

Last couple of months, I had correspondece with Reliance Mobile service providers, regarding unnessary activitate of services and deduction the amount, intead of several request in return to produce the details every time, they not clearly indicates to produce details, the details of the mail is mentioned below for yur kind reference,

Whatever the decision will you be taken, I accepted, conditions, it shall be justified and satisfied my viewed, why they are not provide the details, and how without prio permission of an individual mobile customers, they activitates services and deduct the amount,
