[Resolved]  Reliance Money Online Trading Account — password locked/bogus service

i am a reliance money online trade customer ,after receiving the kit i am not able to log in ,it is showing user information is invalid & password getting blocked. i have contacted reliance money thane (mumbai) branch but not getting any satisfying answer. sachin surve-[protected] & sandip-[protected] from relince money assured me to solve the problem but till date i am getting any call from them.

I have open a D-MAT Account.till now i did'nt get any details regarding my D-MAT account user-name and password details of my account

May i know is it true or is there any hidden cost in it because he was not ready to give any written confirmation on it.

I AM ALSO VERY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER OF RELIANCE MONEY, I HAVE APPLIED FOR DMAT ACCOUNT IN THE 1ST WEEK OF JAN.'08 THRU A LOCAL AGENT BASED AT OKHLA,NEW DELHI BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ACCOUNT KIT. AFTER CCONTINULUS FOLLOW UP IT HAS BEEN INFORMED BY THEM THAT KIT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THEIR GHAZIABAD RAJ NAGAR BRANCH INSTEAD OF MY RESIDENCE AND AFTER MY TELECON WITH OF ONE OF THE PERSONNELS OF THEIR GHAZIABAD BRANCH HE IS STRONGLY DENYING FOR DISPATACHING THE SAME TO MY RESIDENCE AND IS SUGGESTING ME TO COLLECT FROM THEIR BRANCH WHICH IS VERY FAR FROM MY HOME.
HENCE, CONCLUSION AND LESSON IS THAT WE MUST NEVER BELIEVE IN THIS KIND OF SO CALLCED CONCERNS WHO ARE AT THEIR TOP POSITIONS NOW-A-DAYS NOT BECASUE OF THEIR EFFORT, BUT BECASUE FO DECEIVING THE CRORES OF PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY AND RULING.

MY WHOLEHEARTED "" BADD DUA" / ABUSES FOR THEIR (THOSE INDULGING / PLAYING WITH INNOCENT CUSTOMERS) TOTAL DESTRUCTION IN A VERY SHORT SPAN OF TIME AND PRAY FOR GOD TO DO SO.
I have applied for Reliance Money Dmat account in Dec 3rd week. The local executive visited my house and taken cheque of Rs. 750/- towards account opening and told that the account will be opened in 15 days. the cheque has been credited on 14th Jan'08 and as of today i.e. 8th Mar'08 i have not got any response or DMAT account details and forget about username & password. i tried contacting Reliance customer care but as of date not got firm answer on my DMAT account. I am totally frustated and keep contacting the local reliance agents and they also keep telling me that there is no problem and you will get your DMAT account details soon. THIS IS RIDICULUS FOR THE COMPANY LIKE RELIANCE. The customer care is useless. first you dont get the executive online and even u get sometimes he is totally blank and you have to repeat histroy. More frustatio comes when customer care executive picks up the call and put the receiver aside the table and we keep talking to ghost. WILL SOMEONE HELP ME GETTING THE RIGHT PERSON TO CONTACT AT RELIANCE OR HOW CAN I GET MY RS 750/- BACK AND GET MY SELF RELEASED FROM THIS TROUBLERE.
Mostly services from the Reliance are hell. Doesn't matter it is mobile service, broadband service or DMAT Ac service. Their coustomer care is good for nothing. Because of the low charges, people start usign their services.
I was the customer of the broadband service, but just after 2 month problem start I contacted customer care many-many time but no luck, so applied for termination of the connection. But nobody came to my home to discontune the connection, and they keep sending monthly bill. I then contacted customer care again but the same story, nobody resolve this simple prblem. And now don't know after 1 year a person came to my home and he said that he got a request from the reliance to terminate your connection.
My frustration doesn't ends here, I was the reliance mobile user, and the same story.
So Now last year on 31st december I take an oath, that would never use any services from Reliance.

Reliance has lost one more customer forever because of their after sale services.
One day Reliance will realise that he has lost many more customer because of their service forever.

I had opended dmat account threw a local executive of Reliance money in Rajsamand (Rajasthan) 30 days ago. but their is no response from the Reliance cell till date.
These little complaints will definately affect the smoothness of business and trust of such a big concern.

Reliance Money — reliance money Changed 76 K..

I am user of reliance money trading portal with limit card of 500 which have limit of 200000. During traiding I didn't notice and crossed by limmit of trade. That time system didn't stopped me from trading and automatically deducted 76, 000 from amount. When I called consumer care the said...it will be fixed and we will reverse the amount.

Due to this I have not able to trade and sell my future and Option Position before budget due to which I had almost 40, 000 loss. My I have lost my life saving of 1, 16, 000.

I have sent around 15 mails to customer support and called around 50 times se. They didn't reply me signle time after that. Now today I came to know that Reliance Money has closed there Customer care department.
YA .. EVEN WORSE IS THAT THEY HAVE THEIR TIME LIMIT OF 2.55PM ONLY FOR INTRADAY... I THINK THEY EVEN DONT KNOW THAT THE LAST 1/2 HOUR IS TOO CRUCIAL IN MARKET ..TODAY ONLY I SUFFERED A LOSS OF RS5000 BECAUSE OF THEIR SICK TIME LIMIT POLICY..

SOME BODY SHOULD TAKE A STEP TO KNOW THEM THAT THERE IS NOT GOOD IN IT AT ALL AND THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR POLICY..

Online Trading Account — password locked

I password of on line trading has been locked from 3 days I have given complaint on phone. But till today my account is not unlocked. I am trying to contact your persons on phone but they do not lift the phones. I have tryed 100 times. I have hold the phone for at least 1 hour but they could not lifting.

Can I Closel my demat Account With SBI & Online trading account with You i e. SBI CAP SECURITIES
Beware of the word "Reliance". Their actions are just opposite to be relied upon. Their salesteam and customer care people are just rubbish, fake and egnaged in mis-selling only.
The only option to penalise these dacoits is avoid this name in future.
