Very Poor Customer Care response. Having problems with poor connectivity and problems even connecting with netconnect+ data card to internet, raised a complaint with customer care after trying all sorts of workarounds. But even after 1 week and contacting the customer care more than 4 times they have only one thing to say, issue is in 'SOLVING' status. Neither did i receive any call or message requesting for details on the problem but they have to say this only that we are looking into the issue and it will be resolved very soon. I guess very soon in their terminology means a year or so. Neither do they have any solution or any idea what is happening for which the issue is being caused.

Their customer care is very bad. People do not have any option, whatsover hence forced to continue with such service providers.
