[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Reliance USB CDMA Modem worst performance

i hv reliance huawei usb modem, and it suckz. speed is pathetic. in peak hours sometimes it even cannot open google homepage. i m trapped in their " lucrative offer" and cannot even disconnect the device, due to the boundations of the plan.after investing 3300 on the device i hv to pay 650 + tax= 730 and hardly get over 11-12 kbps. most of the time its below 5 kbps. i suggest to everyone stay away from reliance netconnect.

hell is the only thing i can think of when i see my net connect . i dont know where in the [censored]ing hell i can burry this so as to get rid of it .. ppl i[censored] read this .... just [censored]ing dont buy this .... its better to go to a cafe TRUST ME ON THIS ONE

I really agreed with this that the relience netconnect USB modem is pathetic... i bought it in month of november its ver very very slow.... the company is making fool o[censored]s... saying that it will give you speed og 240 kbps but it is giving 15 kbps... i want every one those who are having this connection to file a case on relience in consumer court so that we can get the compensation for that the one we have invested i.e Rs. 3500.. I will request Relience Net connect team to look into this matter otherwise it will be graet trouble for them in future.... Anil Bhai delho kuch.......

I bought that crap Reliance CDMA modem and it is .. not even worth wiping my .. speed is damn low.. and also, before this i had a net connect card and i had cancelled the card with verification STILL THE USELESS JUNTARDS KEEPS ON FILING BILLS and i didnt pay.. BECAUSE WHY SHOULD I??? I HAD CANCELLED THE DAMN THING AND AND NEVER USED IT AND THEY ARE SENDING RENTAL FEES AND WARNING US THAT THEY WILL go to the court because we didnt pay

Same thing happened to me i requested a termination and they verified it and still, they send me a bill after 1 month saying i have RS 4500 due even if i didnt use their non-connective connection..they even sent me a warning that they will go to the court...

reliance usb modem one of the worst things i have brought in my life it is so slow that for loading yahoo it takes around 15 mins.then think about downloading these people don't send bill correctly and cut connections without intimations.

I also feel being cheated by reliance .my father had warned me before buying cdma connection for my laptop he had stated that relaince people are real baniyas they squeeze you after from time before showing good bait. and now it is worse to have a internet connection from reliance because even the staff doesn't know what they are selling.

Am employed in a TVS group of concern my address is no 33 Krishnamy mudali street Sholinghur- 631102 Vellore dist Tamil nadu I requesitioned an usb internet through Ingress infotech 33/1A First floor Katpadi road Vellore-632004 TN. I processed this through a representative from the above mentioned company on 28/05/08 for the plan of Swift 30.But on 29/05/08 i was told that my form is rejected and i cant get the connection though i have given my bank account and my company ID as my proof.And even i have paid the full amount of 2930/-. Though the reliance advertises that coverage is all over india but i could not get the net after all in a small town.It is an dissatisfaction to me that the reliance is advertising falsly.Kindly take necessary actions to provide me the net facility.my receipt acknowledgement no is [protected] Thanking you

I get a reliance netconnect with EC325 Data Card of Huawei, 1gb pen drive, and GSK within 4320/- Rs, through reliance employ in reliance word, and they offer me 2 month unlimited access of internet with free of cost. They you can select any plan according to you suit.

1) I get a reliance netconnet 5 day before, but i have lot of complaint about speed.
when i am download some think then ok it show me 70kbps 90kbps downloading in reliance front end software., but actually it download think very showily, also i am getting very bore while accessing a browser, because of slow speed.

also when i get internet connection at that time reliance employ says if you pay 4320/- Rs then you will get unlimited access of internet for 2 months with special offer, also i get reliance netconnect EC325, 1GB pen Drive, up till it's ok. but when i see my bill on http://bill.reliancecommunications.co.in, i surprise to see this think, there is no proper information about bill, also this offer allow me to unlimited access of internet, but there is nothing mention about this offer, but reliance site not forget to show me how many memory i access (in GB in my case). so this information is not give me satiation, and now i am very worried about my bill, according to reliance employ, if you pay 4320/- Rs then you can access 2 month unlimited internet access. but i fill there is cheating with myself i am not sure but there is. i warn you i will not pay you any extra money about unlimited internet access for 2 month.

and the last think, whenever i try to call customer care (when internet connection is turn off manually by me by clicking “Disconnect button” ), i am able to call *228 or any mobile/landline no but not *333, there i lot of problem man, i am not able to connect to customer care (*333) and from other mobile by dial 3033 3333 since 3 day. it's enough.

you must have to solve my last 2 problem at least.

I am a hard core anti-RELIANCE guy. I don't buy anything made of reliance but unfortunately its Netconnect was offered with HP laptop which i bought 1.5 yrs ago and that time hardly any company was offering data card. So, willy-nilly i bought it. And guess what... I was proved right and now i have to wait for minutes to open a simple webpage like google...
My earnest advice to all... don't buy any bloody product of Reliance!!

I have a reliance USB connection. I have unlimited night plan(Rs. 400). I got a bill Rs. 1755 . When i applied for a CDR i found 30 hour logging in a single day. How is it possible. I logged a complain in reliance web world. But they are not responding to this complain.

Guys, I do agree with your experience. i had purchased a connection & how their executive made it a corporate connection . I just fade up with their customer care, their speed and their billing. One example: they are adding Rs.25 as CLIP charges. i dont know why a person who has purchased a net connection shall pay CLIP.

Reliance DATACONNECT Card USB — NO ACCESS TO WEB

I PURCHASED A RELIANCE DATA NET CONNECT CARD FROM RELIANCE WEB WORLD RETAIL OUTLET IN BARODA IN DEC 2007.

IT STARTED WORKING, HOWEVER, AFTER FEW DAYS I FOUND THAT IT IS VERY SLOWER LATER ON IT STOPPED TO ACCESS ALL SITE EVEN GOOGLE EXCEPT RELIANCEMONEY.

I COMPLINED LOCALLY .

THE PROBLEM COULD NOT BE SOLVED

FINALLY AFTER SEVERAL VISITS, THEY ASKED TO GET IS INSPECTED FROM LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE AND THEN REPLACED
HOWEVER PROBLEM STILL PERSISTING.

I ASKED THEM TO REPLACE IT WITH SILVER COLOR DAT MODEM CARD, HOWEVER NOT AGREED.

I thought Reliance USA Netconnect is best than other companies. but its been cheat and billing coming unreasonable. i promise my family i never go take any connect from Reliance Communications. When we will get complaint they are take serious at all. Disconnected still bill coming forward.

i have lodge complaint on 5th sep 2008.they told me they will solve in 48 hours.i m waiting for 48 hours to be completed so that i can watch tv.


i suggest u all never buy BIG TV .reliance is making their goodwill so down .i never think.if they don't have knowledge about this session of satellite tv. Reliance Broadnet — misinformation

I took the Reliance broadnet in the month of aug'08 since day 1 reliance representatives only lied and nothing else..while selling the connection to us they said it would be a 256 kbps speed but it turned out wrong when the technicians from reliance connected the internet and they informed us it wud be a 150 mbps which is not atall possible ans when i called customer service they said as per your plan it has to be a 150kpbs however it is never more than 100kbps so it all started with lie. The other thing about the customer service it they promise you that they would call back to get my problem regarding internet connectivity resolved in an hour however even after waiting for 4 days and making 4 calls i never received a call and on top of it i was amazed when a supervisor said the the toll free number on teh website is wrong ...and he even said that i will be able to download stuff as per my plan which i was never informed and doesn't make any sense. It is just lie and poor customer service. When i asked to get it cancelled they said it will take 15 days and when i said i am not gonna pay for it the person said its fine...

Reliance Modem in Net Connection — high charges

i bought a usb modem of reliance in washim, near akola on 22/8/08 buy giving cash 2850/- it took 2 days for activation and installation. after 2 days net was disconnected and at around 5/9/08 it was not activated. so i never used net in those days. i had taken a plan of 400 /- freedom at night which had 0.5 rs/ min in days time and free usage from 10 pm to 6 am. i have not used net in day time.. only
i today 18/9/08 got a msg for paying 1863.44 for my usage urgently.
i feel like beeing cheated
