[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Reliance USB CDMA Modem worst performance

I brought an USB ZTE CDMA 1X MODEM 10 days before from Reliance Mobile in Brigade Road, Bangalore. This is a post paid connection that came with my HP Pavilion Note, thinking about the mobility and net connection speeds up to 144 kbps I paid Rs.3180 for this pathetic internet connection.

The average connection speed I get is less than 15 kbps. Worst case is some times I get connection speed less than 5kbps. At these speeds even simple home page of google.com fails to load. I have done all the basic trouble shooting steps to increase the internet connection. When I called Reliance Customer Care I was transferred to their technical team, which is even worst.

The tower signal shows as full strength but the connection speed is very slow this is because reliance does not offer its customers what its promise. Reliance is company that can’t be trusted. The BSNL Dial-Up connection that I have is far better than the high speed USB modem from Reliance.

To check the internet connection further I even took my note book where there was a reliance tower. It did not make any difference.

Reliance Technical Support is worst. So, I think Anil Ambani should be held responsible for all these.

My advice is, don’t buy Reliance USB modem.

Reliance net connect is worst thing i had ever buy.

Reliance Netconnect — wrong billing and misinformation

dear reliance,
first of all let me start by informing you that due to your lacklustre, casual and foolish attitude 3 of my friends have disconnected reliance and some more who were thinking of buying the same have dropped the idea. your billing information is incomplete to say the least, service worst ever and customer care...i better not use the words i want to.
i have taken netconnect from 5th april and initally had a 2 month free plan. i converted to 625 + 199 pack by submitting an application on 4th june as my plan was expiring. now after 10 days i have a bill of 2919/- saying my plan was activated on 9th june and initial bill comes via flow data basis. now my question is if they activated it on 9th june who is to blame?and who the hell will inform the cutomers how are you billing them for the first 10/15 days(flow data basis)...even in web world very few people know about this.
i am not paying any of your bill, have already lodged a complaint(for which nothing is done) and u will have a court notice in some days.

I bought Reliance datacard 6 months back with postpaid connection and now it is not working. When I went to the dealer at Nampally, Hyderabad, he told piece is damaged and it can be replaced if I have the warranty. Next day, I went to the shop with warranty card. The person over there refused to replace the card, telling that it was damaged.

The person is very rude and he doesn't know how to talk to the customers. I was shocked to see this kind of pathetic service from Reliance communications. Now, I am very happy that I can discontinue to use Reliance net connection.

My sincere advice to everyone is, think twice before going to take Reliance net connection or for that matter any reliance product.

Please read the following point.
1. I have contacted Reliance customer care for purchasing a dat card for internet connection.
2.they have sent a sales representative to my home whose address I have given to your customer care representative.
3. Your sales representative ( Mr. Raghavendra R.Potadar, Bussiness developement officer Employee code[protected], as he has shown his ID card) has explained us various plan and we have selected one in which as per him facilities are
(A) For first Nine month No Rental charges.
(B) Unlimited Net surfing (browsing) is available for 24 hr.
(C) 1GB downloading is free.
(D) After 1GB for Each 1MB downloadind Rs.2 will be charged.

Now I have been facing problem in accesing the net And Visited your Reliance webworld at HUBLI, He has told me that Rs.2700/- is unbilled amount and my credit limit is Rs.800/-

It is really matter of fed up for me that your sales representative has miss guiden us and given us wrong information regarding plan.

Now I want to change my plan and give us the solution as your earliest.

My bill also charged rs 2200 beyond credit limit without any usage and now it is rs 2500 without any usage.

Reliance Netconnect — Improper Billing

My bill reached beyond the credit limit.(Rs.2792)
After that the connection was closed but still the bill reached to Rs.4500 without being used.

Hi, Net connect MG88+ which has been awarded to TWO customers at one time and my connection is completely disconnected due to late payment of the generated bill.
How is this possible?a connection which is 4 days old can generate bill of one month, rediculous.

I complained the same to Mr.Jayaram and Anand who is the Incharge-Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.Mr.Anand Manager-Branch Kurnool has no comment on this and even no intimation for him until i had a personal visit to his office.

I have handovered the connection back to the REL office and expecting a soultion since a 14 days.

The response is very bad and no absolute service provided by this branch.
Pl give me an explanation.
Senior people REL NETCONNECT shall interfere to resolve this issue.Its really shameful being such an organization took too many days to resolve.
