[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Reliance USB CDMA Modem worst performance | |
I brought an USB ZTE CDMA 1X MODEM 10 days before from Reliance Mobile in Brigade Road, Bangalore. This is a post paid connection that came with my HP Pavilion Note, thinking about the mobility and net connection speeds up to 144 kbps I paid Rs.3180 for this pathetic internet connection. The average connection speed I get is less than 15 kbps. Worst case is some times I get connection speed less than 5kbps. At these speeds even simple home page of google.com fails to load. I have done all the basic trouble shooting steps to increase the internet connection. When I called Reliance Customer Care I was transferred to their technical team, which is even worst. The tower signal shows as full strength but the connection speed is very slow this is because reliance does not offer its customers what its promise. Reliance is company that can’t be trusted. The BSNL Dial-Up connection that I have is far better than the high speed USB modem from Reliance. To check the internet connection further I even took my note book where there was a reliance tower. It did not make any difference. Reliance Technical Support is worst. So, I think Anil Ambani should be held responsible for all these. My advice is, don’t buy Reliance USB modem. hiiiiiiii evrybody... u all r complaining about reliance. but its written that max is 144kbps but u all will not believe what speed i gets. normally i am getting 120-160kbps and in night time i am getting above 250kbps and sometimes it is above 320 andf more... [protected]. so try to boost o[censored]r spped by using some boosters. i ve some options just call me i will tell.

My Data Card Number is [protected]. While purchasing the same I was assured of the Goa Trip, Hence I booked thorugh the net and payment made also through net only. But so for the offer letter to the Goa Trip is neither delivered nor informed. Since from the date of delivery I have made complaints to the reliance and to your company many times . So for no communication from your end.I tried to book through the offers.connectindia.in, but it is not accepting my MDN number.
Once again I am registering my complaint through this mail, If I dont get the offer with in 15 days I am left with no other alternative other than proceeding against your company through the consumer grievances forum .
Hence Look in to this issue and arrange to send me the details of the GOA offer imediately.

I have taken ZTE CDMA 1X data card from Mr. Vinit in Nov 09, I have given compaint that its speed is below 10KBPS, despite its capacity is as per customer care 144KBPS, Your technician as well as Mr. Vinit has personnaly visited to my home at Greater Noida and office at New Delhi, but they could not restore the speed. I am not able to access any site. Kindly look into the matter and get it changed or get it rectified immediately or tel me to travel to Consumer court as I am suffering badly in my business.

Not undstanding for the view & pay the bill on line, Because change the format of the rel.net cannect
I have installed a USB Modem but some times it will runs successfully and another times it error reporting that : your remote computer did not responds. what procedure to solve it easily to running easily.
Reliance Netconnect — Reliance netconnect poor response and they are cheating people
I have been using Reliance netconnect broadband prepaid connection from 4 months, I recharged for 935 for 3 gb usage and suddenly with in 2 or 3 hrs o[censored]sage of internet the balance got exhausted, i called customer care for more than 30 times and even to nodal officers, but the solution to problem was invain, Poor customer care of reliance and no problem solving attitude at all, when v ask for more information they say they dont have access to check, all sort of stupid and various reasons they give but no proper solution to my problem, my net is disconnected from 1 week and still they r wating for response from back office.I dont know apart from customer care where i have to approach to solve my problem.

I had terminated my Reliance Netconnect Internet Datacard on 14/08/2009 vide request number[protected]. I had made a payment of Rs.832/- throuch my Canara Bank Debit Card. I was charged Rs. 832/- till the end of August 2009 as I was told that the whole process of termination takes 15 days.
I have not been using this card since 14/08/09.
Reliance Communications have been still sending me bills for monthly charges and this month I have received a bill for 479/-. I have even emailed all the detalis to the Nodal officer. but there has been no response.
Today again I received a threatening call from 42213411, I have been threatened to pay the bill or face dire consequenses, the caller a girl refused to gve her name. Please help

sir,i have a reliance cdma num [protected].monthly i was getting the waste cuttings more than 30*10=300 in the name of some unotherised compaines.pls cancel that immideatly and punish that bleady reliance workers.pls dont play with our poor people. My complaint is regarding the services offered to prepaid consumer. They deduct Rs 10 for caller tunes, Rs 30 for mobile radio services or similar other services without your consent and they refuse to refund this amount when you tell about this problem. This happens every month and the customer care department says that it is not a system error and does not believe in that when we say that we have never asked for such so called value added services. This is highly unfair business practice. Though they have reduced the call charges now, they have found another way of extracting money from customers. This must stop and we all customers must unite to stop them from doing this practice.
I am using Reliance Netconnect usb modem facing a problem after every 10 min it gets disconnected what to do costomer care does not helping a single feeling hope less dont know what to do???
