Reliance Netconnect HSD Wireless Internet — Poor performance, non-existent customer care

I have been using Reliance Netconnect HSD data card since April 2009 (no [protected]). The card worked fine for three months. For the last three months, most of the time HSD signal is not available. In Hybrid mode, it mostly works in 1x mode at 230.4kbps in stead of promised 3.1mbps. And it is progressively getting worse. These days HSD signal is not available two thirds of the day. I have repeatedly complained to local office in Chandigarh. Their officials are more interested in getting fresh connections and have no interest in attending complaints of existing customers. At least 10 more persons have taken the connection on my reference and have similar complaints; and I feel embarrassed for recommending the card. The Reliance person, who used to come to me every day till I got the connection, never picks his phone and I end up listening to his ring tone "hai mere, humsafar" without any response on 99% attempts. Their e mail complaints address is a big farce. You never get a response. I have five months old complaints about my password problem unacknowledged till date.
