[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect HSD Wireless Internet — Poor performance, non-existent customer care

I have been using Reliance Netconnect HSD data card since April 2009 (no [protected]). The card worked fine for three months. For the last three months, most of the time HSD signal is not available. In Hybrid mode, it mostly works in 1x mode at 230.4kbps in stead of promised 3.1mbps. And it is progressively getting worse. These days HSD signal is not available two thirds of the day. I have repeatedly complained to local office in Chandigarh. Their officials are more interested in getting fresh connections and have no interest in attending complaints of existing customers. At least 10 more persons have taken the connection on my reference and have similar complaints; and I feel embarrassed for recommending the card. The Reliance person, who used to come to me every day till I got the connection, never picks his phone and I end up listening to his ring tone "hai mere, humsafar" without any response on 99% attempts. Their e mail complaints address is a big farce. You never get a response. I have five months old complaints about my password problem unacknowledged till date.

Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — regarding the poor performance

hi,
your web world service is at its poorest performance, no body takes care of the problems your customers are suffering from.i have purchased this net connection from your mahanagar webworld, lucknow which was supposed to be activated within 72 hrs but it took a complete 168 hrs(1 week) to get activated and at present as per it claims of 3.1 mbps speed, its not working.
i think reliance is now only a name and all its services are a thing of past.hope my complaint would be taken seriously and neccesary action would be taken in this regard.

Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — Poor Speed In Chennai

I am one of the customer of reliance net connect broad band. I given a complaint about connection speed they told that they are not having any connection bottle necks at there end. From my side when i checked the speed it is giving me a speed of 66.80kbps. My Data Card is prepaid one i am using this one from last 7 months around 3 months i am facing the issues in chennai-600119. I called customer care and given the complaint No.[protected] they resolved the ticket out with informing me any thing i am calling the customer care every time they replying that they are saying that system is maintenance.

Please find the attachment that shows my signal strength and speedtest.in results of the speed. This web site was suggested by them.

If they are not able to provide they can tell that i can go with other network. i want a solution so i can proceed with next recharge or not.

I am also having the same problem and found that the reliance netconnect hsd 1x device is not a reliable device.
