[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — my service plan not convert on Prepaid, i fill all document

i have taken request for closing or Prepaid my net connect plan.

but one call from this no.[protected] and she (arti) convince me for transfer my plan in 300 rs monthly and 250 rs weaver . and i agree with this condition. but now i check my plan is not changed. my plan is transfer now in heavy rentel plan.

so its cheating with me. please change my plan or death/close my netconnect no.

now i called her no.[protected] and she (arti) but she's not pickup
its realy bad behav with customer
