[Resolved]  Reliance One Membership Card — Courier Not received

I have a comlain with the Service Dept of Reliance One Cards. I am Parag Menaria, From Bopal AREa of Ahmedabad. I had recd. A call last month that, My Reliance One Card is being Couried in Two Days. But is been more than A month i have not recd. my Card.Plz help me solve my Query.

Sir I am the regular customer of Reliance Fresh located at Avadi, and my membership no [protected] you just check it out my purchase at the Reliance Fresh. Sir, you are a retailer, but your staff do not know what is MRP. I suggested your staff to reduce the MRP of all the items which are lying in the store. He replied me that we are taking the correct rate only and we are taking items from the manfucature directly for credit and rates are less from the other retailer. Sir I think he doesn't understand what I am asking him. Sir we are in Avadi nearly two to three super markets are here and they giving less than MRP (i.e) min 0.50 to 1.00 rupee even Govt itself giving add on TV and Cinema that is your right to ask less than MRP. MRP means Max Retail Price so this my request please atleast save your CUSTOMER from the burden and retain your CUSTOMER . All other retailer are giving less than MRP why can't you? You are the OCEAN you can provide your CUSTOMER LESS THAN MRP and make your CUSTOMER HAPPY and stay with them.
for example I use to take Pears Bath Bar for Rs. 26/- the same item is given other retailer for Rs. 25/- if I save 0.50 to 1.00 rupee so I can go other items from your shop and it will help you as well as your CUSTOMER. If I said anything wrong please reply me at my email address. This is my suggestion and request I believe that you will not leave your CUSTOMER.

The temporary card of my mother(CH.SYAMALA) was torn and I have applied for a permanent plastic card on 28/1109 but till date we didn't receive the permanent card.I have complained on 24-02-10 also to the customer care.

The temporary card number is [protected].Please solve this problem and send the permanent card immediately as the old card is completely torn.

i love reliance card i 10, 000 buck in account as free gift...

I am also a reliance one card holder. I am trying on the telephone number given on the temporary card, but all the times I receive, this number is not in use. Can you help me in getting permanent plastic card of reliance one.

I go for a morning walk and come after an hour to reliance Fresh located in chinmayanagar, Kaliamman koil street chennai -93 and purchase fresh vegetables and reach home.But for the past one week the watch man is not allowing to enter the shop
on the pretext that the stock just arrived and people are arranging.But to my surprise
when i entered shop to meet the Managar i found people are purchasing and questioned the manager why i am not being allowed and the reply, we are allowing people in groups.such practice is unheard of in a dept.store. Because of this i am unable to provide the fresh vegetable to mywife before i leave to office.My contact no is [protected] jayaprakash kindly do something
