[Resolved] Reliance Postpaid — Reliance is the worst Telecom Service provider in India | |
Reliance the only Telecom company activate and charge the customer for the service which the customer has not subscribed, which is careless about the issue when contacted, Cricket Pack (Cricket Update) has been activated without my permission and charged for it, when called customer care, they provided me wrong information and had to call 7-8 times(talking to them more than an hour after a long hold) to register complaint and didn't get resolved, The Customer Care Executives are the most illiterate lot in the industry and they fail not only in solving my problems but also fails to register them . It’s a pity that a company like Reliance has such a pathetic system in operation which fails to take an action for the past three month. I am atanu das, i am a distributor of reliance GSM in rampurhat, birbhum, westbengal. last 4 month a go i did not do any work of this, company said the are sake me, but not giv any sake latter to me if its true, then i want my all ckames and my deposite amount all total (40000+50000+100000+10000+35000) there not refund to me . now this time what do i do.

now one the company reliance commnucation ... and shiv shakti dist. for mandya
harish manger for mandya ... and roshan zonal manger for mandya... now doing dada giri business now they r telling what they say we hav to bye that thing.. how they give we have to take that product...
simpleexample ihave to recharge via mobile .iam doing from past 2 years now one of the sudden dist, telling if he recharge via elctronic way i have to purchase 20% of paper recharge. if i dis agree on this he will stop my services... this words telling by each of the above mention people ...
now tell me this is a open blackmail by company... and there realeted people...

sir, i said that my complain is toward my money which is not refunded by your custmer exucative they first said that your money is wrong cancelled in your phon and said it will be return in your aacount in 24 hour's but money is not given they are not give the complain no. and said i will take your request and recover soon...this thing going from 7 days but no any action is taken when i call in next day thay said i have not refund your money because i have not the full information before 3 days... i give the complain in consumer fouram and they take it and give your complain id in

Hi sir how are u today i recieved the mail from uk lottery saying that u have won rupees 1.75.00000 pounds u are the lucky winner everything the with ticket no and all the information ok what i did is that i told the people over skynet to deliver the winning prize to doorstep so that i would be ready to make the payment is this a scam or what let me now as soon as u see this email iam in bit of bother.
