[Resolved]  Reliance Postpaid Connection — disconnect my postpaid connection.

I want to disconnect my reliance post paid connecton ([protected]). I have deposited a security of Rs. 300/- . and I am not interested to run this number in future. So you are requested to disconnect this number

i am costumer of reliance modem, i am calling frequently to the reliance customer service, but they are not responding, I want to cancel my post paid bill payment

I am calling the Reliance Customer care for last 2 months for the disconnection of my number.

They always say that you have to come to place where you have got the connection. I am not in Delhi, How can i come to disconnect it.

After regular request they did not disconnect it, Now they are telling that i need to pay some x amount to close the number. They suddenly come up with some amount.

I am PARAMESHWAR R having reliance post paid connection with mob No [protected] & raised a request to disconnect the connection as early as possible.
And after that I called customer care approximately 6 times to disconnect my connection but still no action.

Now on again I got an monthly bill and keep adding.

My account is still active. They are not disconnecting. please let me know what I have to do?

I am trying since one month to disconnect my reliance gsm postpaid connection. But every time either they cut the line in between, at recliance centre every time they say server is down. I am paying 700 per month even without using it..

Reliance not accepting call to terminate datacard postpaid connection. My data card number is [protected].
when i call to customer care and then they said we are transferring your call to termination department but call never connects and they disconnect the call.
I am realy upset with this.
I have called more than 15 times to reliance customer care.
