They are deducting the amount of prepaid customer account without any kind of reason, and when asking they say that..Sir you have subscribed to the Hello Tune Service.

I dont know who is doing the Heck instead of the customer as the customer is not aware of this king of attempt towards the hello tune services.


So, Pls Make the amount back to the account Soon.

Note : - For god sake, train your customer care executives to talk in a polite manner, it seems I made a big mistake by calling them, Pls tell them they are representing "Reliance" and whatever they Do is reflecting the culture of Reliance.

for Eg. Vikas, A senior customer Care executive, should be trained first, ..pls

When I asked the Seller What is the plan The seller say Mrp of this card is 50 Rs And get talk time Rs50 With 3min/1 rupee But today I see the balance in my Prepaid account The balnce is only one ruppe When i make a one call the call rate is one ruppe per minite please tell me detail This is very bad.

The Offer Said me Dealer is not same as My offer Please chek the no [protected] and active offer 1rs/3min if you not agree to this offer so i want my money back. I dont want relince.

My no.is [protected], I was getting lot o[censored]nnecessary promotion calls from reliance. i requested before but till now its not working So i requested them to activate DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE in my mobile Now they are disturbing me continuosly all through the day by calling and sending promotional sms'es(Automated calling for promotions). I am really fed up with these calls &sms as it starts from morning 8'o clock till evening 8'o clock. During roaming also they used to call and disturb. I do

Hey guys, i strongly agree that reliance customer is pathetic.
They always put you hold and good for nothing.
I have reliance internet connection, faced lot of harassment for the same due to extremely poor customer care.I repeated my mistake to buy a new reliance connection [protected] and 5 days have past but it has not yet started working, I have visited retailer many times and as usual any thing and any one who is associated with reliance is just useless
