[Resolved]  Reliance Prepaid Connection — wrong deduction of balance

i am using the Reliance prepaid phone with no. [protected]. Once in November 2007 i recieved a autodialler call from reliance & i accidently took up the call , after that i started receiving News alerts from the no. 53030 . Then i immediately called up the customer care of Reliance to stop that service , they told me the no to deactivate that service. I did as they told me to do.
My balance got deducted by Rs 20 that month. After deactivating the service i was still receiving the messages so i again called up the customer care a & requested them to stop those messages.
After that i was assured by the customer care executive that there is no such service activated on my no.
then again in December,2007 again my account balance was deducted by Rs.20.Then i again called up the customer care they gave me the complaint no. for my complaint (comp. no.[protected]. after that i received the message that the amount was correctly deducted.
From that day i have launched several complaints but my balance is being deducted every month by Rs.15 or Rs.20 till this date.
the other complaint nosn are 58650118,59022844,60389435.
I m fed up of these deductions of balance for the service which i have deactivated in November,2007 and i m requesting to please look into the matter and kindly do the needful.
I am also suggesting my friends and my family members to not to take up the connections of this company.
Please do the needful. Hoping for a positive outcome after this complaint.

Thanks, I was thinking to take new connection. But saved now.

Even i faced a similar problem. i am receiving a zodiac alerts from a no[protected] which RIM cust care calls 3rd party. Now only God knws wat dis 3rd party actually is and how to deactivate this facility which I have not activated. I have sent a msg to the consumer forum ...today only...result awaited..

Yes never buy Reliance mobile. Their Network is weak with call drop problems. They cheat users by activating unwanted services by themselves and then you will have no way to stop those services. Whenever you call their call centres you will find one common reply that our system is very slow your request cannot be processed now call later.

I had taken one prepaid connection from your one of the agent of birhana road, kanpur(u.p.)-208001, on 13th or 14th july 08, i had given all my id and address proof as driving licence and photograph and the connection charges.the same day connection starts but on 17th morning it appears to be and heard that your No. is out of service.After that i contact that person who made my connection he said that your request is being sent to our civil lines branch, kanpur it will be start on 17th evening but nothing was happened, after next morning i again approached to that agent on 18th that is today again he said that there is server problem and all employees are coming after 11:00am so what can i do.he also said that many reminders are already given to the persons dealing in civil lines, kanpur.
Now in evening at 5:40pm when i went to your civil lines branch, kanpur which is opp.:-algin mill, one of the person not asking anything about my problem said ki sir, office is closed you come tommarrow i requested him to listen but he at that time was not ready to listen .i explained him that i had paid the amount for the connection and i had also taken the voucher of Rs.496 for STD free.

sir, my problem is that my most of relatives are having reliance mobile and there i had to do more calls on STD.
Two days gone no one taken pain for atleast asking me and telling about the sim blockage and after telling that officer that i had come from long distance he simply told come tommarrow we will see.
sir i request u to pls start my connection by 19th afternoon or return back my money which i had given for start of connection because i m using airtel postpaid for last 5 years and there i dont face any such problem.this was first time with reliance connect

and talking of such officer in civil lines branch very much hearted me.
my prepaid no.[protected].
Sir pls tell me that what is the use of taking Reliance connection if I had to spend more money on another phone i.e AIRTEL .

I am having reliance mobile post-paid connection, I want to change my billing address, for this I have given prove of document to change my billing address at Goregaon webworld for three times, even than my billing address has not changed.

Please help me what to do ?
I have buy a new connection of relince mobile with 498Rs plan & give d documents on 26/07/2008

this phone is activate for a single day from 28/07/2008 its disconnected & when i make a call to customer care they told
the doc. are torn & provide it again.forwaring again documents the phone is still deactivated

Once in may 2008 i received message from reliance 51234406 Congrats! you have been subscribed to devotional pack and Rs. 30 has been deducted from your account. Dial 51234406. call charges 50 paisa/min. sender 51234406 time 2:58 pm 28 may 2008.
Then i immediately activate do not disturb on 29 may 2008. I did not recharge my account. I carry low account balance due to deduction for that pack.
But again they deducted 10 Rs.and then I call *333 the customer care of Reliance to stop that service they told me the no 51234406 to deactivate that service. I did as they told me to do on. A message came that your service has been unsubscribed. came form 51234406.
In 16 august 08 I check my balance which is 1 Rs. and 35 paisa next morning 5:24am message came that your outstanding balance is -18.63 pls recharge to enjoy value added services.

I call again *333 at 4:58 pm (7min 39 sec) 17 Aug 08 for missing balance they said that your devotional pack and Rs. 20 has been deducted.
I asked why they deducted after unsubscribed 22 days later they register complain and give me complain no 74105300 and said that your problem will solve in 72 hours

I am also suggesting my friends and my family members to not to take up the connections of this company.
Very bad and poor service in reliance broadband and communications.

RIM Prepaid — WRONGLY BALANCE CUT

i hv complain about my balance... my balance was cut wrongly at 15th august ... there were no paid days for sms... but when i msg my frinend at 15th augaust my 40 rs. balance is gone... i want my balance back... plz understand my query... and give hopeful support...

we can not be able to receive our postpaid bill timely, and due to nonpayment you always discontinue our services, we are a company if we dont receive a bill we can not issue a cheque towords reliance.

I have a prepaid RIM cdma mobile no [protected], and i have recharged with 799 voucher on 28.01.09 which is unlimited free in india on the same net.but i have been charged for calling on same net across india.my balance is being deducted. I have make report on *333 customer care of RIM they have given me two times complain no i.e 87298580 on 29.01.09 and 87498554 on 30.01.09,
till my problem has not been solved.now i am calling to *333 they are saying the same thing that your problem will solve in two days, it is 5days left but my problem is as it is.

Please, help me by solving this problem and return back my money which has been wrong deducted,

I have regularly lost my balance for 6 months. There is no action taking about my complaint that I apply few days ago..

i don't want job on phone offer please stop the service . since two months my balance is lost and i was trying to unsub this service but i don't no the sms numbers .
