Please deactivate my daily sms pack of Re1 deduction/day. I tried the code told by customer care but it did not work. my no is [protected]

i told earlier at your call center to deactivate my computerised call services as i am fedup with this services. everytime i get a computerised advertisement call & advertising messages from your side. i give complaint many times but i didnt get any response from your side. your cce told that the services is barred, but i get call & sms upto now. so plz i request u again to see & take action on my complaint. my cell number is [protected]

I am having reliance prepaid GSM connection. My contact number is [protected], I dont know why reliance has activated BEAUTY Pack and deducted Rs30 from last two month. After requesting for deactivation many times its not responding.

Kindly guide me what to do next? How should we stop such fraud done by RELIANCE.
