Reliance Smart — wrong deduction of balance
actually my message pack was due for renewal.as my balance was not enough for auto-renewal.so i recharged my recharged my sim on 28 with rs 55.then i was waiting for renewal but it was not happening.so on 29th 3 am,i called customer care and activated message pack,and i cleared with cust care that,is there any chance of further reduction of my balance for auto-renewal of message pack.then he clearly said that no sir dont worry.he said that he has deactivated and activated again so no chance of further reduction.then in morning nearly 8am,when i wokeup.i got message that msg pack auto renewed for 4 days and 6.50 rs has been charged.....because 39 rs of my 55 rs has been deducted for message pack which customer care has activated at 3 am.then i called customer care and he registered complaint and refunded me 6.50rs and he said that message pack of rs39 will be continued which i have recharged.but after 4 days means today message pack has been deactivated by them.and when i am complaining they are saying that they are not having records of before 3 days.then what is my fault..then they are saying they cant help.and when i said that i 'll complaint on consumer forum.they said do it.so i want my rs 39 back...but only problem is that i have deleted that message regarding to deduction of rs39.but what is my fault.i just want my rs 39. I recharged my reliance mobile: [protected] by my master debit card for Rs 200 on 18/11/2012 but my balance is still nil inspite of getting debited from my bank account ? Why is like that, why it isnt an instant recharging services, why do we use online transfer ?...just for the convinience and to get immediate services but its the other way round and its not the first time so could you please monitor and ease such often hassles otherwise the company's will dwindle ...

I have reliance netconnect+ data card but now I lost my data card number...please help me...how to my data card number?...sim blocked
my sim was blocked. this was happening second time with me.Deducting main balance continuously for internet data usages.
